“I came into Jersey Mike’s at around 3:45. They were swamped. It was a little chaotic, but there was a manager on duty by the name of Carl, who took charge of the whole situation. It was very impressive how he orchestrated and quarterback the whole operation. Very respectful, tentative overall impressed with the overall Experience ! Hats off to curl you definitely made this a memorable experience!“

“I hate using that robot kiosk machine. It takes away the connection with the staff. Apparently one was being used and the other one was broken. “Food is good. Pretty quick turnaround time. They do accept cards, not just cash. You will either be standing up outside eating tacos or sitting in your car. They are a taco truck. The cost was very reasonable. The down side was their fountain drinks tasted little bit soapy.“

“White Castle is 6 min from my home, how convenient is that. Husband took a ride to the Castle, we were craving them. Pulled in, drive thru not too crazy yet. He chose to go inside to order our food. Clean place, tables bussed, no trash lying around. The nicest young lady greeted him at the counter and took his order which was ready in a timely fashion. She took the time to read back his order, all good. Food still hot and just delicious when he returned back home, we pigged out and satisfied our craving. Forgot to take pictures, but trust me, yummy food, bagged up with love. Prices have gone up, that’s the new normal these days. Ordering online gives workers a scapegoat to not build your order correctly it seems but walk in, carry out, or drive thru order I always right and quality is consistent. “This Arby's location is one of the best, I recommend just going to the restaurant instead of ordering it from Doordash, after I asked for a classic roast beef sandwich with a large curly fry which I paid 8 bucks, the employers were very polite and they started preparing until my order was ready in like 30 seconds which I was surprised, awesome work guys everything tasted great!“

“First time visiting this White Castle. In fact First time at a white castle in over 20 years. I havent seen a White Castle in the state I currently live in so I was excited. Service was great, staff was friendly and knowledgeable however it was extremely slow paced getting the orders out. My biggest issue was my food. I requested onions on my two fish and two chicken and none had onions. After waiting 15 minutes or more I would have hoped my food would have been correct. I'm not sure I'll visit a white castle anytime soon if I run into one again.“

She goes out of her way to make sure my order is correct and a lot of ppl should take lessons from her!
I dont Usually like to get fast food but sometimes I'm just so tired after work or its been 1 of those days where everything went wrong so the last u want to do is get fast food bc something gonna wrong or they are going to be rude n I dont want to deal with that.

“I tossed 3 or 4 stars back and forth so I wish I could do a half but alas, I cannot.
Atmosphere? If they could mop the floor with something other than Coca-Cola that would be awesome! Actually I think they use too much product to water when mopping the floor. Every time I go in there my feet stick to the floor and then my shoes stick to everything until I can get outside and wipe them on the grass.
Husband and I ordered the beef and cheddar. Both had more cheese than what was needed for 2 sandwiches let alone one. And while this might sound good, it's actually way too much and makes for a very sloppy sandwich. And I'm actually not sure why I ordered that because I hate the bun. Those onions are gross on that bun. I used to order it on a regular bun but at some point I was told that's not allowed so I never tried again but then the guy behind us ordered a sandwich on a different bun so I'll be doing that again from now on. And I had a togo order after we ate and I ordered it as a large combo but for some reason the guy rang it up as a medium but I didn't realize it until after I paid for it and he gave me the medium cup. I miss the old experience at Arby's before they took away the bell...and what happened to that?“

“I got there every Sunday and Wednesday for a Baconzilla sandwich Everytime. and Everytime, the employees take my order with a smile on their face, a couple of them even know my face and know what I want and have it ready for me as soon as I order. I have even had one employee track me down at my place of work because they messed up my order and gave me a free second sandwich, and another employee was incredibly kind and had a lot in common with my interests and we spoke and they gave me an extra fry. while the appearance of the store may seem shady, the employees are always part of the reason why I go back and why I enjoy my single sandwich.“
