“My husband and I checked this out for lunch recently. The menu choices are well displayed for easy ordering. The server/order taker was knowledgeable about the menu and very helpful and friendly. We both got the #3 - 2 chicken fingers and choice of one slider. He got the angus beef slider. I got the big saavy signature slider with the 2 chicken fingers. Fries were crispy and hot. The big saavy slider was so filling, I’d recommend it for people with big appetites. It was almost a meal in itself for me. We didn’t get any shakes, but they all looked amazing. A steady stream of customers came in. A lot of the customers were carry outs. A few customers ate in (like we did). Dining room is super clean, well lit. We definitely recommend this place and look forward to going back.“

“Hot Spot Eatery was a delightful restaurant b which stays open till 4 am during Ramadan and is also HALAL. I had the opportunity to visit and try their delectable food which I highly recommend, their food is fresh and well seasoned and the portion size is on point. I had their spicy chicken sub and their mango habanero boneless wings. Their sauces are nonidentical to other sauces, the freshness of the ingredients are immaculate. The atmosphere is astounding and reminds me of industrial Detroit. The customer service was A1, we had the pleasure of meeting the owner and he’s a very kind hearted man.“

“I had decided to stop here, at the last minute for a beverage and a snack on my way home, as I didn't have the best day. I was greeted with a smile and a hello. I sat at the bar, and Mindy, the bartender, took care of me. She was most pleasant and cheerful, and though she was busy, she made everyone including me feel like they were the only customer she had. I ended up staying longer than I had planned, this is by far the best experience I've had at Applebee's, thanks to Mindy who turned my less than stellar day 180° and ended it way better than it started. “Enjoy the food and atmosphere at Gus & Us. Food is always pretty good. Had the GU breakfast sandwich with OM egg and bacon on a crossaint. I personally would change the cheese next time. Don't like american sliced cheese as much as other flavors. You can choose what type of bread to have it on. Ordered a full order of biscuits and gravy. Personally, I did not like the gravy. Tasted like Libby's from a can. I prefer the "homemade" type or even if I use the powder mix like Williams make but even GFS has a Blue bag that you make a large amount and mix with water to make similar to the Pioneer packs and a few other brands. Tomato slices were fresh and yummy. Omelet was a little overdone, but that can happen to make sure it is all cooked thoroughly. Coke products. Use to serve pepsi products. Bummer. To each their own, though. Otherwise, yes, we will be back. Love the hashbrowns. Not frozen shredded. Like fresh sliced, which are pretty good.“

“Recommend! The only bar to need to go to in downtown Wyandotte! Drinks are always great, well mixed and made, and always quick even with a crowded night with a wait out the door. Service is phenomenal, no bar I’ve been to compares to the friendliness, chill vibes and personable experience you get from Grand Dad’s waiters/bartenders. Brittney is usually our waitress and we all love her, great part of the team! The owners always seem present when we visit and they are always, always helping out (cleaning tables, helping at bar, running food, etc), that is awesome. “I enjoyed dining in at the butchers grill. The restaurant is clean and feels inviting. I enjoyed the food however the chicken needs work, it’s always too dry. The grilled combo, rueben egg roll, and mashed potato with mushroom sauce are all great. Will be back.“

Falafel are tasty, browned nicely, good sauce, but WAY small for the price- three tiny falafel for 4.50, too small for $1.5 each; especially in Dearborn where falafel are plentiful and double the size for cheaper and equally tasty. I will come back for the burgers, but no sides. Friendly server, beautiful decor, I wonder why there was only one other table of customers for Sunday lunch(?)Vegetarian options: Falafel are pricey and small, better to go to a Mediterranean bakery.“

“I loved this small venue just outside of Detroit! The food was pretty much your basic bar stuff, but they had some pretty cool beer choices. I actually ordered some ice cream nachos just for the experience of it. Loved the bands and the vibe. The bathrooms were clean, and the staff was cool.“

“The food is soooo good! Like an old style dinner, and they are very busy. My biggest thing is it is small with open kitchen so we were covered in food and onion smell. My family usually does carry out and always loves the food. If you can go home and take a shower, eat in (if there is room), otherwise, I would carry it out. Smell is a big deal for me. I called ahead for a large order for my daughter birthday, everything was hot and fresh and the staff working was very pleasant, they made sure I had enough and ensured that I had my whole order. As far as the store it's in , you can stick up on stuff you made need while you're out. Randomly inside a liquor store. Everyone at the pet loves the chicken and the red beans and rice with off the chain. Only downside was that they ran out of biscuits:( still giving a 5 star, so good they ran out.“

“Pleasantly surprised. 5 stars is based on Fast Food comparisons, not 5 star dining.Had a taste for chicken tenders and it was free cone day, so their campaign worked. The free cone lured me in to order a Chicken Strip basket.Selected the BBQ tossed 6 pc combo. Plenty of food for the price. Good value by 2024 standards.French fries was excellent. Really surprised me. The garlic toast is a nice touch.The free cone was sizeable for free. But DQ ice cream is still lack luster to me. “I haven't eaten at Carter's hamburgers since November of 2019 when I was hit by drunk driver leaving me partially paralyzed walking to my Explorer. It isn't what I remembered but it was good food. They have a restroom. It's not very handicap accessible. If you're in wheelchair or walker that's on the first floor in the parking small. The corner is busy but either like greasy hamburgers or you don't. If you do. Carter's is a great deal, but the ladies are second to none and the red velvet cake is homemade by Denise and oh man yummy! Okay one complaint of mine is the modern day jukebox. It's such a tiny place and if somebody doesn't agree with the music that you like, they're going to say something. But if they had a jukebox and if I had the money, I'd purchase one. I want an old 45 but your $0.50 in or quarter and watch the record get picked up and put on and play it that way. I don't want to hear digital content this kind of places. What remind you of what you would watch like on Happy Days with the roller skate servers in the parking lot and that kind of place deserves an original 45 pressed on wax rock and rollerParking: It's in a very tough spot on West outer Drive and Southfield service drive. If you get on the left, you're getting on the Southfield right before 94. If you stayed to the right, it takes you to Van Born Road. There's parking just down the block if you find it. Hard to park in the tiny lot but they've been there for a long long long time. So either know the place or you don't. Is it for a tourist? No is it for local people? Hell yes it is“

“Kinda dark, kinda dingy, kinda dated. It was our first time there, and not planning to go back any time soon. Our waitress seemed like she wanted to be somewhere else. We ordered drinks ( we all had beer ) and then food. The food was good ( corned beef sandwich ). It was a decent size sandwich. We tried talking and joking with the waitress as we ordered more drinks, but she wasn't much for a conversation.We ate , we drank and we left.“

“A&W is the best restaurant I've been to in a long time. They always get my order correct, they are very patient and kind, and they make the best double bacon burgers I've ever tasted. They are very fast when it comes to orders even when there are a lot of cars on Tuesdays because of Coney day and they always get my order right. My mom loves their burgers especially their Papa burger which is absolutely amazing and taste as good as it looks.“

“First time to a White Castle. Food was pretty good, I had the 1921, original and bacon cheese sliders. The 1921 and bacon cheese were pretty good, the original I found to be pretty bland. The fries were good, but definitely needs salt. The sweet tea was good, a bit sweeter than I like, but still good. Service was good, friendly and quick.“

After doing my Yelp research, I offered her a few options to choose from and she selected Joe's Hamburgers....I'm thrilled that she did. I loved everything about this place They specialize in burgers and they are delicious. There are probably 12ish different burger options. What I really liked is they offered them as either a full size burger or a slider. I really liked the slider option because I wanted to try several. They were all fantastic. The Sticky was my favorite. I love Peanut Butter on a burger and this was a winner. The sides were great as well. Fries were nice and crispy and the onion rings were battered not breaded which I like. Will definitely be back next time I'm in the area“

However, they seemed a little inexperienced. Small things like not giving silverware or napkins to all the staff constantly working random sections. Overall, it's a great place, and I'll be back.“
