“Quite good this time - floors were not slippery, ventilation was good, food was excellent, service was great.Still bothers me that for a place that promises to let you cook your own steak, they bring it out already cooking and then flip it to start cooking the other side without even asking if you mind. “White castle is always amazing...those tiny little burgers, with onions , the cheese melted just right.... the fact you can't just stop ar 2 or 3... you have to get the case... or at least the clutch to really truly experience the amazing euphoria that is white castle. Vivian and Haley (hope I spelled their names correctly) are the ones who usually make my order and they are just the sweetest young ladies. I highly recommend ordering from here. Their steak burgers are very good and made fresh while you can watch them cook.Dietary restrictions: They accommodate special requests such as not using seasoning due to personal and medical reasons.“
“Hello All, Michael here!!!Parking Complaints; I would like to address this because there is a misunderstanding with folks. A lot of transport drivers are confused why they can't stop and rest in the parking lot being it's a truck stop. Please let me clear this up; It's not a truck stop. That is the parking lot for the restaurant. It is used for "customer parking only" and has a two hour limit for those who do visit. The parking for the truck stop is next door at the Pilot in which they charge for I do believe. The problem is, when the restaurant opens in the morning the parking lot is absolutely filled with tired drivers camping out and resting. This leaves no parking availability for guests who actually want to come and eat.Please imagine this...(Que magical music please)*BLLLLLiiinnnggg* ✨ ?Hey, Thanks ?❕❕Imagine, there you are opening your very first restaurant... YAY!!! CONGRATULATIONS!!!Go You!!!? ? ?Then...(Que dramatic music please)?DUN, DUN, DUN DUN...???Everyone wanted to come and camp out in your parking lot!!! LoL...Then the people that do want to come eat have no where park. Then the campers get angry and perhaps hostile when asked to leave as if they're not trespassing private property. Oh, and they act like they have the right to be there too. I ask you. Would that be frustrating? ??❓❓❓Now don't get me wrong here, I appreciate all transport drivers. Rest Stops on the Freeway are free. Some Walmarts also offer free parking to drivers.I understand the parking struggles for drivers are tough. I'm indeed sorry this restaurant is unable to accommodate those tired drivers. However it's IHOP the restaurant notCamp IHOP. We just need to clear up on who the parking lot actually belongs to. One thinking the restaurant is apart of the truck stop is totally understandable being they're connected. It's an honest mistake. I understand that.The Federal Highway Act of 1956 states drivers should have a place to stop, use the restroom and stretch legs every 30 minutes of driving. I hope this helps. “Went Friday night 02/09/2024, between 6 and 6:30 PM. I couldn't believe the quality of the burger. The double was restaurant quality, it was fresh, and slightly pink in the center,which is awesome! They were calling orders like chef Ramsey back there and produced an awesome timely meal. The young lady taking orders, and handing them out was hustling and so was the girl running orders out. They all were doing amazing. I just couldn't believe how good the burgers were. The fries were fresh and hot. The only reason a 4 star for atmosphere is the ketchup dispensers never work, I hate the packets, and this time the floor was tacky throughout. There's also a booth seat you sink in in the front which I found out the hard way until we switched seats lol. Will be coming back here for this amazing restaurant quality food and service.“
