We received some of the best service I have ever had and I wanted to recognize her. Sabrina was very personable and very, very attentive to our needs. “We were supposed to celebrate my sons 21st birthday at at different establishment, but do to a technical computer error, that establishment was closed for the day. The Bierhaven was able to accommodate my large group at the last minute. The staff were great and professional and the food was amazing. After we left the restaurant, my son left cash, visa gift cards and other items behind. We didn’t realize we left these items behind. The Bierhaven found my son on Facebook and reached out to him to get these items back to him. Most places or people would have pocketed the cash and gift cards, but they didn’t. Thank you for having an honest staff crew. We appreciate it ❤️“

“Came in tonight for a girls Christmas party. Our waitress did amazing with so many women coming in at different times. She was attentive and made sure our drinks never went dry. She had just came back from a leave and with a new system, and a system error, she never acted stressed. I’m so happy we had our party at @sneakys again this year.“

Pot roast is typically really good, meat was tough this time and carrots raw in the center. Omelette was runny and little filling. Typically not like this when we eat here . We will go back but was very disappointed this evening for the amount you are billed. Tipped the waitress well as she was stressed but still was smiling.“
