“The restaurant is a little smaller with a more intimate feel. We sat at a small high top table next to the bar and we couldn’t have asked for better service. Throughout the night, at least 6 different servers took care of us (sitting next to the bar, we were taken care of by the bartenders.) The food and drinks were amazing and the service was top notch. My boyfriend had the peach cocktail and then an old fashion with honey cinnamon syrup and I had the mule which all of the drinks were absolutely delicious. We both had the Steak frites which was cooked to perfection and the fries I just couldn’t get enough of. For dessert, we took home the banana pie dessert and the Dubai chocolate cheesecake special and let me just say, oh my goodness. Neither of us knew which one we liked better. We will definitely be back! Thank you for an amazing valentines dinner :)“

“This place is awesome. The service is incredible. But the food was even better! The interior of it takes you back to a simpler time. Family owned and operated. The server was the sister of the cook. The coney dogs didn’t stand a chance. Fries were so crunchy and delicious. While there, the folks sitting to the left of me ordered breakfast. I’m definitely coming back just based off of how good their hash browns looked. 10/10. Definitely coming back!“

Everyone was super attentive, professional, and welcoming, but Raegan really stood out. She knew the menu like the back of her hand, gave thoughtful recommendations, and her friendly energy made me feel right at home. “My girlfriend and meself stopped in randomly after the Eastern Market and had one of the best meals and experience we’ve had while visiting Detroit. The Tokyo muscles were the best muscles I’ve ever had. We had a classic Bloody Mary and their hot sauce really brought some heat! We got the Carmel cookie coffee as well and that was swell as well. The environment and staff especially made the experience even better. We had Rhonda as a server and she was very pleasant and helped give us recommendations that turned out to be very tasty. Overall we were glad we chose to eat at Vivio’s and will definitely be back next time we wander to Detroit.“

“Old school diner with great service and plenty of menu options. Seating was a little tight. We were in a booth and heard the entire conversation on both sides. Food itself was good - everybody got what they wanted - a Coney, a Greek salad with chicken, etc. Seemed like a nice neighborhood place and worth the short walk from Eastern Market.“

“I used to go here all the time as a kid with my dad, so I decided to take my kids to share this experience with my own daughters. It was so nostalgic. It didn't disappoint. My girls love the huge pancakes and my oldest enjoyed her omelet. Plus, I enjoyed my breakfast with the best side of thick juicy ham this is served in the city of Detroit. Period. “Between doctor appointments, a friend & I had lunch at Olga’s Kitchen, located in Woodhaven, MI, yesterday. The food was really good & Sabrina, our server was excellent. We received some of the best service I have ever had and I wanted to recognize her. Sabrina was very personable and very, very attentive to our needs. Due to illness I am unable to get out very often and she made this a most enjoyable Olga’s’ experience. Thank you Sabrina, are an asset to your employer!“

I was only half right one of the best breakfasts I had visiting my family in the area, The sausage gravy was Seasoned very well on the biscuits and gravy eggs were fluffy And the only time I have ever enjoyed home fries, crispy on the outside fluffy and soft in the middle.“
