We were going to the casino for a show so we decided to take a walk and found Eastwoods and I’m glad we did. This was a great way to start my 49th birthday night off great friendly people Lexi as our server she was so awesome fun and could joke around with us goof balls,we met the owner she is awesome as well very friendly she took the time to stop by each table that’s great to see. We all had different chicken dinners and were all great I will be going back soon.“

“Unique menu with many delicious brunch/lunch offerings. Can accommodate dietary constraints (vegetarian, vegan, gluten free). They were able to accommodate our large party (11) on a Saturday morning quickly. Everyone was able to find something to satisfy them.“

“I've been to this location many times in the past 25 years. Not every experience was great but overall the ability to see your food made and assembled in front of you is amazing compared to here in America. They also have a great veggie burger that America still lacks. I would visit again. Hopefully they build locations in USA. I've never had the meat but the veggie burger, fries, and Pepsi hit the spot.“

“Don't eat out very often but this is one of few places I'll eat at. I tend to be health conscious and prefer home cooking but I usually feel pretty good after eating at Factory House. Food's great and fresh and very nicely presented. With the higher costs of eating out, I certainly feel like I get my money's worth.“
“My Fiancee and I stopped by on our way to park near the river for dinner. We had always driven by it, so I can't say enough of how happy we were stopping in. Everyone was so nice and very friendly. The food was outstanding. The pizza was some of the best pizza I have had in a long time. The salad was as delicious as it looks. Totally recommend going here for a great meal with great people“
“I dont eat Seafood so I was nervous about eating here but there were alot of options. I ased my waitress about options and she listed a bunch that werent even on the menu. I had the flatbread pizza with chicken as one of the toppings. It was yummy. Good date night or special occasion diner.“

“Chicken & steak fajitas were tasty and served hot with plenty of a nice variety of toppings. The guacamole isn't worth the extra $2.50, too smooth. The top tortilla was dried out. The chocolate chip cookies with ice cream was okay. Cookies were very dense and skimpy on the ice cream. There were plenty of menu options, prices were fairly steep so value was okay. Fajitas for 2, 10 Oz wine, 21 Oz premium beer, ice cream cookie dessert totalled $80+ tip. Our server Chelsea was a highlight. She was attentive, friendly, funny and efficient. The reserved booth seating was comfortable and clean as were the washrooms. The decor was modern and inviting. It was busy and quite lively, loud but engaging and enjoyable.“
“wow, 1st time here, left here tonight at about 740pm. I brought 2 girlfriends out 4 dinner and we were all very unimpressed. my 2 friends both ordered the Philly cheese steak sandwich fries and gravey, their sandwiches were disgusting, neither finished their meal. I ordered ribs fries and coleslaw, the ribs were cold yet burnt in spots and slathered with cold bbq sauce, the coleslaw was cabbage sliced up, and fries were just ok not once did she come to our table to ask of we needed anything, wanted another drink, or to ask how the food was, when we were almost done eating they decided to try and bring my friends their gravey they had asked for, we said there is no point but thanks. Yet they still tried to charge us! as we were paying for our food we still had our dirty plates and half eaten food sitting in front of us, service was beyond slow and it was not busy at all, I will never go back here to eat nor recommend this restaurant to anyone.“

(I’m a picky eater and I’ve also shown a picture of a drink online with no ‘recipe’ and I’ve always been happy with the attempts!). My drink is never empty, regardless of how hard I try! “First round of wings came cold, Rebecca made sure I was set for the rest of the experience and their security guard was super down to earth out of nowhere he noticed I needed help with something (didn't ask his name unfortunately). He later came to my booth to see how I was doing and have small talk. Being served by Rebecca made me question if she served elsewhere since she had a real nice charm to her service. I hope she enjoyed the beef jerky tip I left her ^_&“
“Honestly, my wife and I love Chucks. We can go get a steak dinner for $20. The steaks are usually tender and cooked right. If the cut isn't perfect, it's not the end of the world because it's $20. Servers are friendly and attentive. It's a place we don't mind going to because we don't feel like we're breaking the bank to go out and eat. Seems like anywhere else you go a steak is usually around $35 and up. They're a smart franchise. They price things cheaply to ensure repeat visits.“
