“We dined at Gilligan's last evening for my daughter's birthday. The food was delicious, good value and abundant portions. Our server "Kai" was amazing! Friendly, accommodating, smiling, checking in on us frequently and even took a minute to have a discussion with my special needs grandson. To the team at Gilligans, keep up the good work! “When arriving at cash register to order my lunch, I was welcomed and thanked for coming in. Quick and easy service by the team. I’m pretty sure the person at cash was the franchise manage because he truly cared about providing good service. He also did a quick tour of floor and picked up anything he saw. The restaurant was clean and played good tunes during my short stay.“

“Got a dinner and a show. The young lady that was in charge (we see her quite often) on Friday June 5 at 9pm was amazing. She politely helped this guy figure out what coupon worked best for him, and he wasn't impressed with how much he paid and turned disrespectful and utterly rude, yelling at her. Your staff that was on handled it wonderful and we're very apologetic to us which they had no reason to be. 1000% coming back.“

“I’m a big fan of a good poutine. I recently tried the “Pork bacon Texas poutine.” As someone who never posts food reviews on Google I felt I had to for this. Best poutine I’ve ever had. I liked it so much I ordered it 2 days in a row and it was just as good the second time. We’re talking delivery too. Hot and fresh on arrival both times. I wouldn’t have taken the time to post this review if it didn’t knock my socks off. Simon’s can move over. Autocity is my go-to now.“

The girls who work at night were so loud and shouting and saying shit about other employee(a girl) who was not working at that particular time.
Honestly, customers shouldnt be hearing this stuff from the employees. They should work on workplace atmosphere.“
