“Had a mix up with drive through order, didn't get toppings on veggie burger, turns out employee in trainee. We can understand that.
Harvey's offered to make my next meal experience much better, Thank you for that, comped our combos for the next time we came back to compensate for the inconvenience.

“We dined at Gilligan's last evening for my daughter's birthday. The food was delicious, good value and abundant portions. Our server "Kai" was amazing! Friendly, accommodating, smiling, checking in on us frequently and even took a minute to have a discussion with my special needs grandson. To the team at Gilligans, keep up the good work!
