“Came here for the first time for the Burger Battle & it was amazing!! We both had the Bender Burger, & it was one of my favourites so far. The fresh cut fries were delicious, & our server Tayler was friendly, on the ball, & amazing!! We’ll definitely be back!!“

“This place is a hidden gem in University Row. The wings are the best I've had anywhere in town, and I've tried a lot of places. Fast, hot, crispy, large and well sauced. Fries were perfectly crunchy and seasoned. Now the best part of this little place is the ones running it. I watched one of our unhoused wanderers be treated like a human as they should be. He walked in with just enough change to get a pop. Then I watched the woman who does well almost everything, ask this man if he was hungry and if he had eaten that day. To which he embarrassingly answered. She had a meal made for this man quietly and without notice. She refilled his pop and told him to stay as long as he needed. Even if the food had been trash, which it was not, the way they treat everyone who walks through that door was enough to make them the best place in town. Now to add to the amazing experience my teenager and I had was that when my kid asked if she could read one of the books on her shelf and the wonder woman running the show just snagged one of her favourite reads down, checked with me first for age appropriate reading, and handed it over and asked when she was done to bring it in for an exchange. That there is one of the reasons this place is amazing. However, I am leery about writing this review. I still hope there is a place to sit when we come again!“

He was friendly, while showing us the vast array of supplies, and equipment they have, and shared valuable advice. From this first experience, we will definitely continue to support Jacobs Restaurant Equipment Inc., in the future, and refer others to as well. Also thanks to Heena, for being so helpful.“

“We LOVE time out bar/ grill. Best wings in town. 2 for 1 on Wednesdays. Serve food late...our group finished work last night at midnight. They had menus and colds beers for us as soon as we sat down. Service is always fantastic...the owners are great people. It's our new spot for sure“

They took it upon themselves to care for the parties involved and I was very impressed with the way jumped to action. They were capable of deescalating the situation with competency and compassion.
Aside from that - Lauren & Danielle are always a pleasure to be served by.“

Service was good, friendly pour which is nice for a change, nothing fancy about the inside, but it was clean, just a great local neighborhood watering hole.“
