Great people good times great staff
The Hook & Ladder Club has a welcoming neighborhood pub atmosphere that reminds me of Cheers. The staff make you feel like a regular from the moment you walk in. The bartender greeted me right away, explained how everything worked, and was genuinely friendly. She chatted with customers and kept checking in to make sure I had everything I needed.
