“This location is a block away from my parents house and my Dad goes in 6 times a day. When they found out my Mom had a heart attack on Thursday they sent her a bouquet of flowers. Also someone from there dropped off a bowl of chili and bun for my dad for dinner since my Mom couldn't make him dinner. This store went above and beyond. Awesome workers at this Tim Horton's.“

“From my observation after numerous hours inside the store; the two managers I think Jan and Cecilia very professional they lead by example and they are very professional. I like how Jan always has an up beat attitude and he’s always smiling and creating a positive environment. The team work really well and are one force behind Starbucks. Overall amazing store this one and corporate should look into Jan and Cecilia. Sometimes I see Cecilia picking up plates and doing things that makes you realize she doesn’t see her self above anyone.“

“One of the service ladies(Michelle) is the nicest you'll ever meet. Brings treats she personally purchases for students and cares about people's well being. She is always a pleasure to talk to in the morning and does a good job.The other regular cashier seems unenthusiastic about the job and has brushed off complaints about cream dispensers and such.This is just a boutique Tim Hortons so no bagels or sandwiches and options are limited. For the purpose it has, it's good.“

The coffee, as always, was top-notch—perfectly brewed and served just how I like it. I also tried one of their freshly baked donuts, and it was melt-in-your-mouth delicious! The food was made to order, and you could tell the staff genuinely cared about providing quality service.

The service was quick, and the team worked efficiently, even during busy times. I was really impressed with how well they handled everything and still maintained a friendly, upbeat attitude.

“I am a student at the UWindsor and I always have my coffee here. The staff is super friendly. I kinda wish they had timbits more often. I also have pizza pizza here and that too is really good. I wonder why the pizza pizza at wyandotte taste different than here.“

Located in a busy industrial area and truck corridor it’s a preferred choice for many...This morning 04/30/2021 a driver trying unsuccessfully to open the door bf reading your sign. “The last two times I have been there the workers have been incredibly amazing. So amazing in fact that I woke up this morning thinking about my experience from yesterday. Yesterday my wife was having a crappy day so I wanted to surprise her with her favourite coffee from Starbucks. Now I’ve never been one for Starbucks so it’s a whole new experience trying to order these the correct way. Anyway, lady on the speaker was super helpful. I stumbled a lot trying to get out my wife’s order and I ended up levelling with her and saying “Listen this is for my wife pleaseeee make sure I didn’t mess this up” and she literally said she had my back and read everything back to me perfectly. No judgement, super understanding and happy to help! I get up to the window and I ask to make sure the proper lid was on the cup and I got no attitude, no looks, no inconvenience “get out of my line” vibes.. gentleman just looks at me and goes “on absolutely no problem have a great day” I mean the patience and great attitude everyone had there was amazing and I will forever continue to go there for my wife’s coffee.“

It was nice to talk with someone so kind and pleasant to start my morning. Management is doing a great job selecting employees from what I can see in recent reviews. Would recommend this location.“

“I have 2 other Tim Horton locations closer to me but I choose to come here instead. This location always seems well staffed with friendly and fast working people. The site is kept clean and you can observe many customers there happily relaxing enjoying themselves everyday. The only reason I have 4 stars instead of the 5 is because I've had issues with my bagels and sandwhich buns being burnt a handful of times but over all its been a fairly reasonable experience here.“

“I love Tim Hortons so much. Tim Hortons is my first ever love, since I was 10-11 years old I started drinking them and now 6 years later I love them even more. My love for Tim Hortons grows stronger every single day that I live. I have always had the salted caramel iced capp until they changed it to only caramel. the iced capps are my favorite drinks, I love them so very much I can go on all day abt iced capps, they are just the best. Anyways every time I go to tim hortans either after school at tecumseh mall, for lunch break during school, or even on a random day I just get an iced capp (always a flavoured ones never original ew) because I just love Tim Hortons so much, if someone bought me an iced capp for a gift I would appreciate that the most forever, or even a tim hortans gift card which is what I got for my birthday. If Tim Hortons ever gets shut down here, no one will see me in their sight over here. I will move wherever tim hortans is (also the desserts are good too I would get chocolate chip muffins with an iced capp sometimes) anyways I love you Tim Hortans, I recommend so much 🥹🥰🫰(I have so much pictures of my iced capps)“
