This location used to be amazing, however, changes to their staff has led to the quality of service diminishing. Visited last night, received a burnt bagel & when requesting a new one, I was met with attitude from staff & in turn received a bagel with the thinnest spread of cream cheese known to man. I don’t write bad reviews often but pettiness in a workplace when serving customers isn’t acceptable.

Not crowded, lots of space to sit and lots of parking. But food was not fresh. Ordered a breakfast item at 3.30 pm and it was still available, not sure if made 2 hours ago in afternoon. Washroom was clean. Customer service is good. Fast and quick.
