This location is a block away from my parents house and my Dad goes in 6 times a day. When they found out my Mom had a heart attack on Thursday they sent her a bouquet of flowers. Also someone from there dropped off a bowl of chili and bun for my dad for dinner since my Mom couldn't make him dinner. This store went above and beyond. Awesome workers at this Tim Horton's.
I went in for coffee and donuts on fireworks night. I went back a couple hours later and the young man who served me remembered me even after all the hundreds of people he served on the busiest night of the summer. I was impressed.
It was a surreal experience trying out the authentic version of Tim Hortons in Canada. Coffee and the food were so good.

Elson often remembers regular customers’ preferences and ensures they get their favorite drinks without needing to ask. Lee Ann is also recognized for treating customers very nicely. While there have been some issues with a new staff member taking longer to prepare orders and occasionally missing them, the overall experience remains positive for most visitors. Many customers enjoy the vegetarian options and the welcoming atmosphere created by the staff.
