Presotea is a bubble tea spot with a very cute, cozy, and aesthetically pleasing atmosphere. The dining area is large, spacious, clean, and offers lots of seating, making it a great spot to chill, catch up with friends, or work with free wifi and plenty of plugs. The staff is friendly, polite, and works very fast.

There is a huge selection of fresh, flavorful, and super customizable drinks, with many options and toppings including pudding, tapioca pearls, popping boba, and mochi. The tapioca pearls are perfectly chewy and they do not skimp on toppings. Specific recommended drinks include the Taro, which is delicious, the fruity drinks, and the Pearl milk tea with boba and mochi. The regular size is okay and the large is really large.

However, sometimes the drinks can be a miss. The milk teas can be incredibly milky with not a strong enough tea flavour, occasionally tasting just like milk. The menu also lacks a plain Thai milk tea, offering only a Thai milk tea coffee. Ordering is convenient with many kiosks, allowing customers to peruse all the options even when the shop is packed. The location is pretty downtown with street parking, which can be tricky during busy hours. While it could be expensive compared to some other spots, Presotea is a favorite and highly recommended go-to for many, praised for its consistent quality and refreshing drinks.
