“Just had the wonderful Thanksgiving Buffet at the Taylor location for $24.37 (incl tax) for soup, salad, turkey, ham, chicken, several sides and pumpkin pie! Great staff....they treat you like family.😊“

“I took my family here for the Holiday Nights dinner and it was great! The atmosphere was amazing and interactive entertainment that adults and children will enjoy. The tickets were pricey for the meal you received but it was good and you are paying for the experience and memories. I do think it was worth it and will be going there again. Because this was a special event I cannot offer an opinion on their daily menu but will stop in sometime and try it. Once I do I will update this review.“

“I wasn't sure about the menu options but then I found the Hobo Lunch. I had the turkey sandwich and it was good. It came with apple sauce, gold fish crackers, chocolate chip cookie and either milk or fountain drink. The fountain drinks are locally made. The root beer was yummy. I like the cola flavor but I also don't drink mainstream sodas.“

“I got their breakfast burrito & personally that’s one of the best I’ve had anywhere! The salsa they serve on the side is delightful & the server I had I believe her name was Katie, she made my husband & I feel very welcome as it was our first time & we weren’t sure what to get, she didn’t rush us into anything & even recommended a few items that she likes, the breakfast burrito being one of them which I can’t thank her enough for. I also love the look of the place the windows make it feel so open & when the suns out it’s a very pretty little cafe aesthetic to dine at. I didn’t rate 5* because even though the service & food was great their was a lot of commotion in the kitchen & even some yelling which just kind of makes the dining experience a bit awkward, wish they were more professional.“

“Classic table service with seasonally prepared dishes. Hummus with Kalamata olive pesto and on site made pita bread was hard to want to share. Roasted salmon with couscous, which was a tad dry, and lovely Swiss chard hit the spot. Large by the glass wine list with many great choices.“

“The staff is so kind and welcoming. You can tell this is a place where the regulars are known, and you are a friend as soon as you enter. Good was served quick and hot. Coney dogs were tasty (and on special on Wednesdays!) locations is easy to get to from I94 and plenty of parking. Entrance is from the parking lot!“

“I used to think that Wing Snob had the absolute best tenders due to their size, breading and juiciness.

Side Chic’s blows them out of the water along with every other spot in Detroit/Dearborn (Savvy Sliders, Checkers, KFC, Chic Fil A, Chick N Kingz etc.)

The breading on the tenders is very, very flavorful. They also put the perfect amount of breading on each tender.

I absolutely hate overbreaded tenders where it feels like you’re chewing through multiple layers till you hit chicken.

Side Chic’s avoids this completely by having a nice layer of breading that adds flavor and doesn’t distract from the chicken.

The chicken itself is hot, juicy and well textured. This is not rubbery, dry chicken. The only other way I can describe it is it just tastes fresh. I was thoroughly impressed.

Side Chic’s is a carry out spot that’s open very, very late (which is awesome). Everyone who works there is incredibly pleasant and helpful.

Also, even though the chicken is fresh and made to order, your food comes out in a fairly quick manner.

“Tonight I had Mary wait on me. From the moment I sat down, we saw her smile and Heraura.. I felt at these and ordered my drink. She was very prompt even though it was busy, after the greeting she told me she’d be a minute and true to her word she loves. She is quite friendly and very professional. “Little place with seating available on stools at bar (reminiscent of old style ice cream parlor). Interior is aged but tidy. Service was fast and prices reasonable. Had burgers and they saute the onions on the grill with the meat, also had the onion rings, which were tasty.“

“My only complaint is that whatever they use to clean the floors leaves a slippery/greasy residue, and whatever they use to clean the tables has a very strong smell. If I could suggest anything it would be to use something else bc the Lysol smell ruins the eating experience. I love this place. It’s a good coney, so if you are expecting something other than a coney check your expectations. Something has changed about it, and for the better. Food quality actually has gotten better. Staff is sweet and friendly and on the ball.“

“Had heard about the food truck but decided to visit the store location. Katherine warmly welcomed me But more importantly, clean and the Lobster Roll and Seafood Mac and cheese were very good. I definitely recommend the Seafood Mac and Cheese !!“
