Side Chic's is a restaurant that has received many positive reviews for its chicken. Customers describe the chicken as moist, tender, and seasoned well, with one reviewer calling it "phenomenal" and "perfectly crispy." The hot honey chicken sandwich has been highlighted as a standout, with its peppery and savory flavors complemented by a sweet hot honey sauce.
Other popular items include the chicken sandwich, rated highly for its freshness, and the loaded fries, described as having a big portion and being amazing. The chic sauce is also praised as being very good, comparable to a smoky Cane's sauce but better. While the food is consistently excellent, some reviewers note that the seating area is small and that drinks and extras must be purchased from the adjacent gas station. Despite these minor drawbacks, many customers express a strong desire to return, citing the great food and excellent customer service.
