“Ive been here a couple times and I love their loaded fries. Pro tip, its cheaper if you text them when ordering ahead. The alternative method is via doordash and the upcharge is about $2 more. This place does a great job making unique mixes and you get a lot of fries, so even though it was on the pricier side it felt worth it.“

“I used to think that Wing Snob had the absolute best tenders due to their size, breading and juiciness.

Side Chic’s blows them out of the water along with every other spot in Detroit/Dearborn (Savvy Sliders, Checkers, KFC, Chic Fil A, Chick N Kingz etc.)

The breading on the tenders is very, very flavorful. They also put the perfect amount of breading on each tender.

I absolutely hate overbreaded tenders where it feels like you’re chewing through multiple layers till you hit chicken.

Side Chic’s avoids this completely by having a nice layer of breading that adds flavor and doesn’t distract from the chicken.

The chicken itself is hot, juicy and well textured. This is not rubbery, dry chicken. The only other way I can describe it is it just tastes fresh. I was thoroughly impressed.

Side Chic’s is a carry out spot that’s open very, very late (which is awesome). Everyone who works there is incredibly pleasant and helpful.

Also, even though the chicken is fresh and made to order, your food comes out in a fairly quick manner.

“After I placed my order I was blown away by the price. $17 for a breakfast burger and $5 for Cajun fries. First of all I didn't know it was halal and I didn't know they had so many options on burgers and bowls. They have sone unique recipes. My food looked beautiful upon opening the carry out boxes. The fries were cooked and seasoned perfectly. The burger was huge and delicious! They know what they're doing at Taystees burgers! I would definitely like to try other burgers.“

“Sooo I usually love coming here partly because of the employees. There is a shorter man that is always super kind, humorous, and laughing. Unfortunately tonight I dealt with a worker (pretty sure it was a manager) that made me feel like she was annoyed I came from the minute I had to ask if anyone was there in the drive thru speaker. My cheese sticks were too cold to eat so I tossed them (I only live 1 mile away). At least I still have my sandwich right?! Bummer- my au jus was maybe 1/4 full. I won’t be going there at this time anymore. This has been said many ways throughout history but if you don’t like your job that much, don’t work there. “I don’t come here often, but when i do it’s always great. I’ve never had a bad sub or a bad experience here. These people treat their customers with upmost respect and it’s very heart warming. It’s hard to get nice people now a days people are so mean. i was waiting to be helped and this guy came in rushed over and helped me right away at 4:08 pm on july 23. Thank you. I came from a 14 hr shift, i had a really bad headache and i just wanted to eat and sleep. He treated me with respect and if you ever see this i thank you so much and i hope he gets recognized for this review because he truly deserves something. Thank you for making me smile and just being a decent human being to me. You never know what someone’s going through. I rate this place a 10/10 everyone who worked there at that time was amazing. two guys. those two guys were amazing!! i hope you guys see this because just know you made my entire day after a long hard day. i always try to tip 20% or more.
