“Backstory: My mother and I grew up in Michigan but moved to Arizona in 2010. We come back to visit every 1-2 years for this, that, or the third. My biological father wanted to take us to dinner and he really likes they shrimp so we came here. Review: We walked in, were greeted within 30 seconds. We were sat within a few seconds of that in a booth. Our waiter came by within a minute. We all ordered and that was that. The food came out within 10-15 minutes... salad was 5-7 minutes if that. My ribs were delicious and the shrimp were good too. Thank you Kim for your sweet personality, kindness, and wonderful customer service. Also, thank you Nolan for your speed quick response to my request for tartar sauce, such a sweetheart...and a cutie too lol anyway, great recommendation! I would love to come back! “Cozy place. Not sure if I'd go here again as it's quite a bit out of my way. There are other ethnic foods available in the area and might try those places when in the area next time.That being said, the food was good. I've had better.Service was ok. We had to ask for plates for our appetizers.“

“I was looking for a new BBQ place. I ordered a carryout of the ribs and burnt ends. Not disappointed. The ribs fell off the bone and the tips were very tasty. Nice portions for the price. Looking forward to going back to try out the drinks.“

“My mother in law placed an order for dinner, my wife and picked it up. When I walked in... the smell of the wood smoke slap me in the face with joy! This place by far have thee most tender juicy brisket, beef rib, and chicken I ever had! It's not really seasoned but that ok (you know what to do). The cornbread was also very good the macN cheese... not my cup of tea.. the baked beans were pretty good too. Definitely try this place!Kid-friendliness: Kids would definitely enjoy.“
“It was an exciting time. The lions were winning. We went to Slows for dinner. They said there would be an hour and a half wait, turned out to be 2 hours. TOTALLY worth the wait! The food was INCREDIBLE. The manager comped our drinks for having to wait so long. Heck, it wasn't their fault that the place.was so busy and people were lingering. I wish Slows was closer to my house, I would eat there much more often. I give them 10 stars.“

“Had the opportunity to stop into The Burger Truck in its brand new Ann Arbor location today for a photoshoot. Owner Mustapha, assistant Hanan and the staff were awesome! Very caring yet business-driven, respectful, energetic and they made the shoot great!The burgers were all traditional Smash Burgers with a variety of ingredients and all gargantuan! They also serve cheese sticks, hot dogs, chicken nuggets, and more. Definitely stop into one of their many Metro Detroit locations for a pretty awesome Burger!“
