“Backstory: My mother and I grew up in Michigan but moved to Arizona in 2010. We come back to visit every 1-2 years for this, that, or the third. My biological father wanted to take us to dinner and he really likes they shrimp so we came here. Review: We walked in, were greeted within 30 seconds. We were sat within a few seconds of that in a booth. Our waiter came by within a minute. We all ordered and that was that. The food came out within 10-15 minutes... salad was 5-7 minutes if that. My ribs were delicious and the shrimp were good too. Thank you Kim for your sweet personality, kindness, and wonderful customer service. I tend to think that they ribs and bbq chicken maybe sat around a bit longer on slower days. I like the ribs and bbq chicken, and the roasted chicken is very good. I like the bbq sauce, not too sweet, and a bit peppery. I also order the Bone Yard Burger and onion rings, they're always good. I think my favorite item is the BYB Salad it is always fresh and delicious, great ranch, too. The cottage fries are delicious if they're not overcooked, and the garlic bread is always yummy. The service is usually really good, as they retain servers for a long time. Don't let the low ratings by some people deter you, maybe they got there on a bad day. Give them a try“
