Best beef ribs in Town 🤤😁
Was looking for beef ribs in the Detroit area and this place popped up. I got the beef rib dinner and it comes with 2 sides. The portions can feed 2-3 easily. I got the greens and Mac. The greens were seasoned well but were a little watery and they have the can taste. The Mac was good. Creamy with some texture. Nice flavor. I got the ribs with no sauce. Big mistake. This was my first time going to BBQ Central. My BBQ rib tips were ok. Most pieces were tough. The sides were great. Would I go back yes, to try something else.
