Was looking for beef ribs in the Detroit area and this place popped up. I got the beef rib dinner and it comes with 2 sides. The portions can feed 2-3 easily. I got the greens and Mac. The greens were seasoned well but were a little watery and they have the can taste. The Mac was good. Creamy with some texture. Nice flavor. I got the ribs with no sauce. Big mistake. They’re good, and they’re bigger than most local places, but if you’re expecting...

This was my first time going to BBQ Central. My BBQ rib tips were ok. Most pieces were tough. The sides were great. Would I go back yes, to try something else.
I went back and I want to thank the owner for the offer. I came back today 10-10 and I am pleasantly pleased. Thank you so much. I will be back. The lady at the front took care of me. I showed her your response and everything is good. Thank you again for making this right!

The owner, Miss D, was absolutely wonderful. Her customer service is TOP TIER — I honestly don’t think it gets any better than this! She makes you feel welcomed from the moment you walk in, and her sweet Sagittarius spirit just tops it all off! ♐❤
