So I ordered a lunch special at 1220, picked up 1235 this is what I received. This was not cooked to order. These potatoes were definitely cooked way way way earlier than 1220pm. I am at work so irritated. I'm trying to post the picture of this mess?
Well, this place is off the list now- for almost $100 (overpriced) each time we get Chicken Shack they always forget something. This time it was thecole slaw- they don’t want to give a refund AND they want you to go and pick up what they forgot so that way the hot food gets cold.Never, ever again?

We walked in to place our order, the power went out while we were waiting for our food, they made the chicken and potatoes and then had the sitting on the counter as the cook dropped my slab on the grill, when we asked to get all of our food at the same time we had to wait an additional 45 minutes for our order to be fulfilled.Started at 7 pm, experience ended at 8:30 pm.
