Was excited to try for the first time. Got three meals and some extra sides. Got home to incorrect order but went back and was given the correct order free of charge. They were attentive. Wasn’t thrilled with the food but restaurant looked clean and the whole team stayed busy working on orders. Mix ups happen. Glad they corrected it :)
David is AMAZING. It’s always extremely clean and neat, and the food is top tier. David is always personable, kind, professional and cheerful. I had given the place a break for awhile, but since David has come aboard, it’s been a pleasure so I have returned. Thank you David!
Its a very nice place, clean the staff is friendly and helpful, the food is good. Its one of my go to places on my food to eat list, being a single older man, that doesn't like cookng and washing dishes all the time, my hard earned money is spent well at Chicken Shack.
