Was hoping to reach the manager and our server (James) directly. We dined in on Sunday afternoon and James was our server. Amazing service, courteous and on top of everything while clearly a busy time of day. Thank you again for a wonderful experience.
I had never been to Texas Roadhouse before. I frequently drive past; I went in because I was craving a delicious steak. The dinner rolls are really good, I must admit, but you can only have two.I was welcomed when I arrived. The neatness with which wait staff represents an establishment is my biggest pet peeve. Their customer service was awesome! From the start they sat us, there were nothing but Pleasantries r waitress was Awesome (Liv) & the manager(I hate I don’t remember her name) she rocked too, she took my moms cake put it in the cooler, they made us really feel real comfortable! They did their bday song for my mom it was great!! I would refer u to go to the Westland restaurant they ROCK!!!
