This one is a hard one for me. Sometimes it's so good, it's great. But unfortunately sometimes it's so bad. I ask for well done potatoes, & I get a box of mashed potatoes. I don't know why people can't do well done. Lol. It's just aggravating, I tip well, but I'm tired of tipping good, for who cares service. It's not only here, it's everywhere I order from lately, forgetting stuff or messing up my order.
Love their shack wings. Had them cater my wedding a couple years ago, their chicken is always on point. Ribs are hit and miss but I cant blame them for that because the cooking is good just the quality of the ribs sometimes isn't the best. But its still edible. Love they listen to me when I say well done! 💗
The ribs and shacktatoes are a disappointment now. The ribs aren't as meaty and cost more. The potatoes are thinner and seem old. The bbq sauce seems thinner and less flavorful.
