Ham Shop is a small, fast, and affordable breakfast place with delicious food like fantastic pancakes. Despite some service issues, the waitresses were friendly and professional, making the visit enjoyable. Although the building is run down and the service can be distracted, the iconic Detroit breakfast is worth a try. With new owners, there is hope for improvement in the future.
