“Great Food-Fantastic staff! Always comes to the table at the right temperature! It’s a small building but they push out the food! The kitchen always listens carefully to special orders/requests! Came in yesterday (Sunday) and I told the waitress “they made it exactly how I wanted it-it was delicious” -and she said “they better! I put them on notice!!” ?? Everyone seemed happy to be there, and I heard the waitstaff saying goodbye to each other at shift change-and all were so sweet to each other. No catty drama. We come here often and it never disappoints!“

“This place has been a life saver and their food is delicious!! I just had an awful experience with the location on Lincoln Park where I ordered online when I was 30 minutes away. I arrived at the LP location expecting the food would be ready (it wasn't) and 15 minutes later waiting in their drive thru didn't help either. We ended up leaving and coming to this location. They serviced our food within 5 minutes of me getting there (about 10 minutes of travel time and ordering online). So timely, and as I waited I noticed their cleaning practices were a lot better than other restaurants I've been to. Thank you, Riverview location, for never disappointing a tired mom!“

The coney dogs didn’t stand a chance. Fries were so crunchy and delicious. While there, the folks sitting to the left of me ordered breakfast. “Just had the wonderful Thanksgiving Buffet at the Taylor location for $24.37 (incl tax) for soup, salad, turkey, ham, chicken, several sides and pumpkin pie! Great staff....they treat you like family.😊“

“Solid steak n cheez place! I got the medium sandwich combo with Philthy sauce. Overall, meat was a bit dry but the sauce made up for that.The fries? They were the best I have had in quite a very long time!!! Perfectly seasoned and nicely cut.. Well worth the visit and overall value for the price was great :)“

This is one of those places where you just know most of their daily business is from the community, and the staff probably knows most of the customers names.My waitress was named Julia and she was both witty and pleasant. The service was extremely quick and cashing out was a breeze.I must go back and visit again in a few weeks. I will update this soon.“

“Between doctor appointments, a friend & I had lunch at Olga’s Kitchen, located in Woodhaven, MI, yesterday. The food was really good & Sabrina, our server was excellent. We received some of the best service I have ever had and I wanted to recognize her. Sabrina was very personable and very, very attentive to our needs. Due to illness I am unable to get out very often and she made this a most enjoyable Olga’s’ experience. Thank you Sabrina, are an asset to your employer!“

“I took my family here for the Holiday Nights dinner and it was great! The atmosphere was amazing and interactive entertainment that adults and children will enjoy. The tickets were pricey for the meal you received but it was good and you are paying for the experience and memories. I do think it was worth it and will be going there again. Because this was a special event I cannot offer an opinion on their daily menu but will stop in sometime and try it. Once I do I will update this review.“

“I met up with my family at On the Rocks for Tuesday $1.00 burger night and the food was very good. They have awesome fried rice there too. Everyone in our party really enjoyed the food. “Want to give a review for Chloe S. I came in with my grandparents and niece along with my 2 children, 3yrs. old and 8 weeks old. She sat us outside under the awning and was a great experience. Showed the kids a lot of attention and made sure we were all taken care of coming out and checking on us consistently. BTW the food was great!“

“My wife and I ordered the “Fish & Chips” When I tell you we have found our new spot for Fish in Taylor “We found our new spot” The fish was fresh & flakey, batter was light and crunchy, the tartar sauce had a good amount of relish in it. Not all mayo! Our dinner also came with soup, (3 to choose from) chicken noodle, lemon rice, and clam chowder. We chose clam chowder, very flavorful & packed with clams. This spot is right down the street from my grandkids house. I have been there many times with them but I did not put two & two together when we ordered our carry out. (Door Dash) Now that we know, you can count on us being repeat offenders. Thanks for the great meal we will still be in with the grands for Sunday breakfast lol. 5+++“

“This is a grip of nostalgia from the word go.

This restaurant is never more than it needs to be. One person on the grill, one waitress, and a great lineup of breakfast and lunch options.

The place is cash only, which is not something you see everyday. And EVERYTHING on the menu is under $10.

You won’t find a better value for breakfast in the area. The cynics would say it needs to be renovated, but if they do it would take away from the charm.

Nothing needs to change about this place. We will be here again. Thank you“

“I wasn't sure about the menu options but then I found the Hobo Lunch. I had the turkey sandwich and it was good. It came with apple sauce, gold fish crackers, chocolate chip cookie and either milk or fountain drink. The fountain drinks are locally made. The root beer was yummy. I like the cola flavor but I also don't drink mainstream sodas.“

“The food is delicious! The last two times we went here we waited a long time to order. The waitresses were all talking by the register. Then came the long wait for the food. People who came after us were served. This second visit we had a sandwich and an omelette. There was no reason to wait 25 minutes for the food. We were really considering leaving. Then we were going to take some food home but since our waitress didn’t come by, we decided to just pay and leave. We’ve been going to Pipers for many many years, but after the service we received the last two visits, it will be awhile before we come back. This is sad because the food is really good. The restaurant only had 5 tables with people and there were 4 or 5 people hanging around the register.“

Our service or server was very slow tonight (sandwiches out before soup & salad) and we were never offered refills on our drinks. We asked for no tomatoes and they were on both sandwiches. “My husband and I went for our anniversary. The atmosphere is amazing. It is right on the water and they have huge windows for a great view. It was very quiet, but it was only a couple days after Thanksgiving. Maybe everyone was still enjoying their leftovers. The food was excellent. We tried the steak and cheese egg rolls for the appetizer, the fish and chips and chicken marsala for the main courses, and a non- alcohol berry drink. All of it was fantastic. I brought home cheesecake for dessert. It was good, but a small piece. Everything was reasonably priced and the server, Jasmine was exceptional. She checked on us quite often and was very kind. We will definitely be going back.It looked like they had live music there, but not this night. Maybe next time!“
