Oh Happy day, this place closed months ago and was put up for sale. This great Greek family just reopened Monday, we had to visit. Yes same family, Ma & Pa with the daughter welcome all those long time customers with a smile. Thanks Sidney our superstar waitress, you a keeper. Check they Facebook page everyday for Specials. We love going to the Dixie. Friendly and attentive wait staff. Home cooked comfort food. Breakfast is also great, good sized portions. The daily specials are always a hit. We don’t live nearby but we go there at least once a week to see our favorite people serving our favorite food.

The restaurant provides excellent customer service, as shown by the cook's apology and correction of a mistake. The cafe is especially famous for its delicious turkey dinner, roasted in-house and served with generous portions of stuffing, mashed potatoes, and corn on Fridays and Sundays. Customers often praise the homemade food and the daily specials, which are highly recommended. The staff is friendly, patient, and kind, making everyone feel welcome. The waffles are known for their excellent flavor, and even the kielbasa, cooked on the grill, is enjoyed despite being a bit crispy. Although parking is limited with only about 15 spots, Dixie Cafe continues to impress with its generous portions and affordable prices, making it one of the best "bangs for the buck" in the area.
