Tried The Huron River Inn for the first time yesterday. It was Great! I had the pulled pork sammich! So moist, tender and properly smoked! My Son in law, who is a native Texan, said the brisket was the best he's had in Michigan! Service was great and friendly. Can't wait to get back and try other dishes!
Went yesterday for Sunday lunch. The parking lot empty so was not sure they were open at 2 pm. When you walk in you can smell the smoke from the BBQ. So you know it's going to be good. We order the white chicken chilli. That came out nice and hot, and it's was delicious ?. I had the brisket plate and my friend had whole slab of ribs. And you get 2 side and a piece of cornbread. Was there on a Saturday night for a friend's birthday. The food was amazing, and the karaoke was pretty fun. Real great atmosphere. The staff was really nice and friendly. However, they seemed a little inexperienced. Small things like not giving silverware or napkins to all the staff constantly working random sections. Overall, it's a great place, and I'll be back.
