I don’t think I could explain in words the entire story, but I had to come inside the location last night (2/10) and the MOD deserves a raise!!!! She was running circles around that staff trying her absolute hardest, I’m not saying they were doing a poor job but I went in there ready to just be annoyed after such a long day & having to fix our order & by the end I genuinely just felt for her, wether it’s understaffing, training, whatever, she was killing it. This morning I ordered thru the app. Upon arrival I was told that we're out of apple slices and compensated me with medium sized wedge! I appreciate the quick service this morning and the two guys that came to the window were very nice! ❤️

The Dave's double was good, but the ghost pepper fries lacked so much than they used to. When I got them they only had some pepper oil on them, the Ghost Pepper fries made me feel sad looking at them. Unappetizing and unappealing. I don't know if they were lazy that night. Or the fries actually got all the toppings removed.
