Went there and stood inside for over 10 minutes with employees looking at me and walking by, the manager popped in and out of his office and never came to the front. Then a worker who had been looking at me for 10 minutes finally came over and told me the dining room was closed. This was at 445 in the afternoon. And I would have to use the drive through. Guess they should have locked the doors and put signs up. Guess even the manager didn't care about customers.

Just OK. Why advertise orange frostys and not have them? Why ask for certain items removed from a burger and have it ignored by the prepper. Again, ok, going back, nope, may try another local store. But I may have to really lower my expectations. This was my first visit in about a decade to a Wendy's, and I wasn't impressed.

This place is terrible at night its always a long wait and the food is never right tonight I ordered 2 singles with cheese and everything it came with no lettuce tomato or cheese loaded with ketchup mustard I couldn't eat it was so

I don’t think I could explain in words the entire story, but I had to come inside the location last night (2/10) and the MOD deserves a raise!!!! She was running circles around that staff trying her absolute hardest, I’m not saying they were doing a poor job but I went in there ready to just be annoyed after such a long day & having to fix our order & by the end I genuinely just felt for her, wether it’s understaffing, training, whatever, she was killing it. My last job was as a GM seeing over 30-40 employees and she is the type of employee I would have loved to have! She was real & she just wanted to do a good but efficient job.

This place used to be great but I can't bother to go anymore. Every time I go it's a 20-30 minute wait even if they aren't busy to get cold food. Gone and they made me pull up and forgot about my order and then had to go in and wait another 20 minutes for it to get made and tell them each item I had. Definitely not worth the hassle.

Waited in the line for 10-15 minutes while orders got taken and given out individually before the next, got my food and noticed the spicy 10 pc I ordered was a regular, with 2 cold spicy nuggets thrown on top to make the rest seem spicy. Waited inside 15 minutes with an empty lobby for fresh ones, only to hear workers laughing and making smart remarks over the situation in the back.
