Horrible experience from the time I called man very rude, to the price, couldn’t tell

placing my order an everything i order he says will try are best its super busy. I understand, but if I place a order it needs to be done the way I ordered! He says I'll try🤔
Delicious pizza as always. Today however I was especially impressed with the speed. I ordered online and was given a 15 minute window, generically generated via the website. I set a 20 minute timer on my phone assuming I would have to wait a few minutes anyway, before I left the house. Left almost immediately, drove there, walked in and just as I was prepared to wait they said it was coming out of the oven.
