We were a table of 8 that came in at 5:30pm on February 28th. We were going to the District for a concert that started at 8pm. The restaurant was not busy yet, but from the start our service was slow. We were lucky to receive our waters & a few got cocktails. Good luck getting a second drink. I met up with my family at On the Rocks for Tuesday $1.00 burger night and the food was very good. They have awesome fried rice there too. Everyone in our party really enjoyed the food. The staff was great. They genuinely cared about the service they were delivering. We will definitely be going back there again!
