This place is pretty good for the first time I went there Steak and Shake but they didn't have any shakes the food was good the environment was kind of dirty floors were kind of nasty I'll probably go to another restaurant That is cleaner than that one
We used to love going to any Steak n Shake. I'm really sad to see the service we used to love is gone now. Prices have increased (I'm sure they couldn't help that). Restaurant was messy. No one spoke to us when we walked in (we didn't know there weren't hostesses anymore). I'm sad that they changed the function of the restaurant. It used to be so fun to go there.

It was a very long wait, I think they haveto get more organized with the orders better, they need more grill space and a bigger prep area and more room in the kitchen period, they need more space and need room to work, you need one cook for drive thru orders only and another for dine in and carry out and all the other workers doing drinks and sides and prep for both orders in sections so they can have the orders ready to go when the burgers are done, it was a lot of hands in...read full review
