I frequently go to the Steak n Shake Woodhaven Location and I can't say enough about the Professional and Friendly Staff. While I was waiting for my order I told the young lady that I had to use the little boy's room and would be right back. When I walked in and to my surprise, I was Totally Blown Away on how Clean and Fresh it was. The quality of our local steak and shakes have significantly improved along with the staff. Much cleaner, tastes better, and even seems more filling than it used to. On top of that the new company policies like banning microwaves, beef tallow for their fried goods, and grass fed beef for the burgers. It went downhill a while ago but I can definitely say it has done a complete 360 and has honestly been one of our families favorite quick fast food locations now. Definitely better...read full review
