“This Arby's location is one of the best, I recommend just going to the restaurant instead of ordering it from Doordash, after I asked for a classic roast beef sandwich with a large curly fry which I paid 8 bucks, the employers were very polite and they started preparing until my order was ready in like 30 seconds which I was surprised, awesome work guys everything tasted great!“

“This is my favorite McDonald’s downriver by far. Staff is friendly and rarely are there any errors in my order. Usually at other locations I end up with cheese halfway off the sandwich, burnt buns or meat, stale fries but this place I can actually get my order correct and food is fresh and cooked properly! I used to work at McDonald’s and made my own food during my shifts so I am picky about how I like it! Highly recommend this location“

“Can’t speak on atmosphere but drive thru atmosphere was great. Had a special order grilled cheese burrito without rice (always) add spicy Cheetos and/or extra tortilla strips. It was literally immaculate. A+++ - but only as a treat of course :-)

Cannot wait to update this review tonight. We stopped in early this week to place a large order for our kids church party tonight. Cam was extremely helpful and insightful in getting us the right order.

If it wasn't for Cam being so helpful... Our pickup experience wasn't so great. Our eleven pizzas that were ordered five days ahead were not ready. My husband even was told there were 12 orders ahead of him and that he'd have to wait. 😱 My husband said, were those twelve orders done a week ahead? The clerk went to the back and the cussing could be heard by everyone in the shop. He finally came out and said the pizzas would be ready soon.

I realize everyone deserves a second shot, so I won't say we'll never order again, but if it wasn't for Cam and his service, and that the pizza was good, but 25 minutes late with hungry children patiently waiting, I'd not return.

I hope your store improves on customer service and being prepared with orders. The service gets 4 stars for Cam only. We were quite prepared to leave another tip based on the order, but that just wasn't the way it went.

“This place has been a life saver and their food is delicious!! I just had an awful experience with the location on Lincoln Park where I ordered online when I was 30 minutes away. I arrived at the LP location expecting the food would be ready (it wasn't) and 15 minutes later waiting in their drive thru didn't help either. We ended up leaving and coming to this location. They serviced our food within 5 minutes of me getting there (about 10 minutes of travel time and ordering online). So timely, and as I waited I noticed their cleaning practices were a lot better than other restaurants I've been to. Thank you, Riverview location, for never disappointing a tired mom!“
