Even still, they're always eager to make it right and provide you with the best experience possible. The prices are pretty good for the amount of food you get and the food seems to be made to order so it's always fresh. Overall, great location and great experience dining here.“

“For many decades this my favorite A&W location with a large retro dining room. Was closed for about a year until they found a new owner, so Happy. Sad they discontinued the phones at each booth that connects to Counter for placing your orders. No outside drive up order boards or canopy to park under, they come to your car with tablet waitress take order. Just go inside and have a seat, waitress come to table or line up at counter inside. This place really busy around lunch time. Yeah we had a coupon sheet, they let you use all you want. Got 2 Bacon Cheeseburger only 6 bucks good deal. She had really delicious Chicken Tender combo with Fries n Rootbeer. We added a Xtra order Tenders n Deep Fried Mushrooms absolutely fantastic. The mind blowing instant Addiction Sriracha Cheese Curds perfect Spicy I kicked up with A&W Spicy Sauce WOWED. A must try best ever eaten Cheese Curds for the Win. I stretched a couple Curds and placed on Burgers for another OMG. So Happy got a location near my house to pickup more Spicy Cheese Curds. Yes support these local Ma n Pa owned franchise locations so we have them around another 100 year's. “I tossed 3 or 4 stars back and forth so I wish I could do a half but alas, I cannot.
Atmosphere? If they could mop the floor with something other than Coca-Cola that would be awesome! Actually I think they use too much product to water when mopping the floor. Every time I go in there my feet stick to the floor and then my shoes stick to everything until I can get outside and wipe them on the grass.
Husband and I ordered the beef and cheddar. Both had more cheese than what was needed for 2 sandwiches let alone one. And while this might sound good, it's actually way too much and makes for a very sloppy sandwich. And I'm actually not sure why I ordered that because I hate the bun. Those onions are gross on that bun. I used to order it on a regular bun but at some point I was told that's not allowed so I never tried again but then the guy behind us ordered a sandwich on a different bun so I'll be doing that again from now on. And I had a togo order after we ate and I ordered it as a large combo but for some reason the guy rang it up as a medium but I didn't realize it until after I paid for it and he gave me the medium cup. I miss the old experience at Arby's before they took away the bell...and what happened to that?“

“I got there every Sunday and Wednesday for a Baconzilla sandwich Everytime. and Everytime, the employees take my order with a smile on their face, a couple of them even know my face and know what I want and have it ready for me as soon as I order. I have even had one employee track me down at my place of work because they messed up my order and gave me a free second sandwich, and another employee was incredibly kind and had a lot in common with my interests and we spoke and they gave me an extra fry. while the appearance of the store may seem shady, the employees are always part of the reason why I go back and why I enjoy my single sandwich.“

“I've been eating at various Qdobas regularly since 2016...but i usually chow up in Troy since I live close to there. However I had business to do down here so I thought I'd try this one out. No offense to Troy or any other location, but I absolutely fell in LOVE with this place...including Ariona! I mostly order odd combinations but she listened and got me EXACTLY what I wanted without repeating myself, is fast, has a tremendous demeanor, is very friendly but not overdoing it (which tells me its genuine) and not that yall care but she's beautiful as well Haha. Also Kyla on the register was great as well. I tried not to beg Ariona for the rest of my visit to come work at the Troy location the whole time since this is so far away Haha. Food is fresh and the place is clean (unlike most others). And, I was there about 3 hours (waiting to do what I had to do close by) and everyone waa still laughing and pleasant when I left at 9! I didn't wanna leave! I'll definitely be back! A thousand stars!“

“We were in town from Ohio and had to stop as we don't have this stuff close to home. I remember White Castle in the Cleveland area when I was young and always stopping with my grandpa. Everyone at this location during this visit was efficient and very friendly. The food was Hot and tasty
I can't wait to come back when we pick our camper back up.“

“Have to change from a 4 to the lowest possible after today.....ordered through door dash received my order the first time with only drinks and frys???so got onto door dash to correct the problem 20 min. Later I get the second part of my order still missing half the burgers..so go onto door dash a third time.... and they tell me ....they will not send my food i ordered and will not give my money back 😡😡😡for the food I did not receive...talk about robbery because someone can't read....this place has fallen down hill in the past year.the quality of food and portions are now horrible..my family will no longer come to this location. And I urge you the same....“

“I don’t know who made this steak grilled cheese burrito, but without a doubt is the best burrito I have ever had from Taco Bell. I also got a Doritos locos taco cheesy Gordita crunch and a cheesy chicken melt, and I gotta say, whoever is back there making sure the taco shells are crunchy and the flatbread is toasty needs a raise. 10/10 would eat again.“
