“I had never heard of Saroki's before, but my daughter had eaten it at her friend's house. It was her birthday and when asked where she wanted to go, she named Saroki's. We went to the one on Van Born/Telegraph road, but they were closed, so we went to the one in Romulus.

The man behind the counter (I think he had a mustache) was so professional and courteous. He apologized about how long it took to get the food ready (he didn't have to since it wasn't long) and couldn't have been nicer. It was a bit of a hike from where we live, but in the end it didn't matter, because it met my daughter's expectations and made her birthday even better.

Love the Saroki sauce on the tenders. Never was quite a fried chicken kinda guy, but i'm going to start coming here.“

“Jau was outstanding! I’m visiting from out of town and stopped by this Subway location, and his customer service truly stood out. He managed multiple orders efficiently while keeping everything clean and organized. His attention to detail and friendly attitude made the experience great—I would definitely return to this location because of him.“

“Fast service in the restaurant for carry-out. I advised them of a strong natural gas smell upon entering the building. I advised the cashier who confirmed my findings by stating that one of the employees mentioned the had smell the previous day. Expect a news story if they don't address the natural gas leak.“

“Stop by this place after a trip to California on a Wednesday night at around 9pm. They did an excellent job making my burger... Looked like a burger from a commercial. Fries were filled to the brim of the container.l, and super fresh (hot). I don't write many reviews, unless it's something special... Hats off to the crew that made my order... Great job“

“Ok so walking in here your greeted by the second best smell in the world.....fried chicken. Normally I go for the bone on fried chicken and its pretty good. Very crunchy and if you get it fresh it's even better. Now today i got the tenders. Flavor was there. Crunch was there. Freshness...was not there. They were cold and I was in a rush. That's not a reflection of the food. Food was Still good. Just not the best it could have been. But I still love kkc and I'll be back.“

“My staff and I order form you guys very often, and typically the service is great! Was pretty disappointed when we were told there would be an hour long wait if we wanted to order today for delivery. Obviously we didn't order anything because of this super long wait time. Hopefully this isn't going to turn into a normal thing for your location.“

“The only problems are, the chero barely had any flavor and I couldn't bite into it... Wasted about half so, don't waste your $2 on them... not worth it... they can barely hear us with the glass so it makes it difficult.... They try to work with you and remake a sub if they make a mistake....“

“We stopped by this McDonald’s late on a Saturday night after a long flight and had a great experience. We ordered through the app, went through the drive-thru, and the young guy working the window couldn’t have been more pleasant or polite. Our food was hot, fresh, quick, and completely accurate.
