Just lowered my stats. Been back twice since I left an 5 star 3 weeks ago and both times never gave me sauces and napkins.
Oh and never got a reply on my review.

Lo and behold, upon the stroke of a late and hungry hour, I placed mine order through the Taco Bell app, eager for a feast to satisfy the cravings of the night. Yet fate, ever mischievous, dealt me a different hand, for when I arrived home and opened my treasure, the meal within was not the one I had sought.

Always end up missing something that will make me waste more time getting what I paid for. Food is edible at least. Ya know, when you actually get it.
