If I could give it a zero Stars I would the chalupa I got the juice lupus I got they were so hard you would have thought that they were baked instead of being soft bread Harley had any chicken or cheese on it and pretty much everything else on my order sucked I spent $42 and it all was garbage didn't even eat half of it I'll tell you what if you want some good food Mexican go to the Matador on Van Born and get the $2 tacos on Tuesday you won't be disappointed

If I could give 0 stars I would every time we go or get delivery it’s always messed up the people are rude if the food isn’t cold it’s not made right everything is always messed up ive had my food stolen under there watch when we order for pickup as well never got a refund and they said there wasn’t anything they can do absolutely horrible out of every Taco Bell around this one is the worst

Wonderful employees who take what their managers give them with grace and laughter. Hard workers, great quality food. District Manager needs to start taking care of them more, or they will lose great workers. On a Friday night, the store was staffed with 3 people and what I saw being 3 channels of production. These workers are great. Management needs to support them better and begin creating an atmosphere of retaining employees, instead of cutting costs and making the floor suffer.

Me and my friends were picking up our food. We had to wait, 5 minutes just to get our drinks after I had to get their attention. And this isn't the first time I've had issues one time. They completely forgot things out of our order. But today I tried to tell the lady all the information she needed, and she completely Didn't listen And walked away.

Ordered beef gave me chicken no big deal. Take it back. Then give me attitude about not calling. I'm hungry and would prefer to not waste time on the phone only to arrive to a cold remake. Ask if they could throw their mistake out told no, ask if they have a trash can outside no again. If you can't fix mistakes without an attitude don't make them.
