“Our 1st time here, and it was NOT disappointing! Our server, Sierra was amazing, answering every question we had with ease. Attentive and she stayed on top of things. Our cook, Zeffrey (spelling may be wrong) was a delight! He was very, very good at his job, and my food, (I ordered the chicken) was cooked to perfection. The whole experience was fun, we laughed and got an amazing meal. We will definitely be returning!”

“My husband and I had our wedding ceremony and reception at the Lakes of Taylor Golf Club on June 24, 2023. We were thrilled with how friendly and accommodating all of the staff was during our wedding day. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how the food was delicious and how they loved talking to our bartenders. The venue also accommodated some of our guest's dietary restrictions and our bar menu. We planned our event with Debbie. She was helpful and organized. She couldn't make it on our special day, so Nancy filled in during our rehearsal and wedding day. Nancy was also very helpful, accommodating, and kind. The ceremony space was beautiful! It included an arch with white flowers and greenery draped over it. Our only complaint was how hot the reception hall was. Some of the guests said they were comfortable with the temperature. It was a very hot and humid day outside. The building is a little bit older so it was difficult to regulate the temperature. Overall, the Lakes of Taylor Golf Club was the perfect venue for our wedding. Our package included two entrees at the buffet, a wedding cake, table linens, and bar. The price was perfect for everything included in our package. The location is close to the airport and great for having a ceremony/reception at the same venue. We couldn't be happier with our choice!”

But they still are the best restaurant around for breakfast in Downriver area so don't let this discourage you from going to check out Secret Recipes because they still are the Bomb .”

So one day I did. They are the best downriver . Nobody touches their s*** lol... went there today and found out they are closed on Monday and Tuesday . “Interesting situation. We ordered 2 pizzas.

Must have been made by 2 different people. I would have sworn they came from 2 different places. One was pretty good, crust was well formed and toppings fresh and evenly distributed.

The other may as well been a Rotten and Ready. Sparse toppings, flat crust like a frozen pizza and virtually no sauce.”

“I have lunch here about every two weeks. My best impression, is having a floor manager, visit the table, during my visit, to ask if all is well. Having that backup, besides a waitress, is excellent customer care!”

The 3 star rating was based on the fact that I felt like I was dining in a fish bowl. I'd appreciate the windows being covered with something that provides more of a restaurant atmosphere. I'd rather not sèe people rambling about the property.”

“Almost a 5. Staff was friendly, but they overcooked the chicken a little bit. We kept checking to see if was ready, but they kept cooking it and sure enough it was little over cooked, a little dry. It wasn't horrible. So I'm giving it a try again and will see if it doesn't come out so dry the next time around. It's better than the one by 275 at Shell gas station and much cleaner. I'll never go back to the one by Shell gas on Eureka and 275.Edited: I went again and this time the shrimp was overcooked. The tenders were excellent, tender and juicy. But I like shrimp and was sorely disappointed with the shrimp it was dark and they didn't have any honey butter sauce. The best one I've been to was in Hillsdale Michigan, which was my first taste of the place. So all other locations now compare to that one, and unfortunately this one at Star liquor had subpar shrimp. I reduce my rating to a 3.5.”

“I just learned about this place last night coming back from a bike ride in Toledo. Our buddy Paul had stopped earlier in the day and gave me and my friend Chuck a pepperoni roll to eat on the way back to Detroit. It was the best damn pepperoni roll I’ve ever had in my life, so after I took care of some early morning stuff I headed right on over with my dog Ajax and we bought nine of these things to share with the family. But what surprised me even more was all of the baked goodies, how incredibly clean it was, how magnificent it smelled along with the funny kindness of the ladies behind the counter. I don’t care where you live take to drive it’s worth it.”

“Had my first experience at Taylor AC today. I sat at the bar, was immediately greeted and asked what I wanted to drink. The menu prices reflect pre-Bidenomics. I ordered the BLT on white, crispy bacon, no mayo and I was not disappointed. More quality bacon than most other eateries and a fraction of the price. The Romaine and tomatoes were fresh, perfect portion to the bacon. I highly recommend for lunch or dinner. One of the best experiences I've had in several years. 5 stars.”

“It's hard to go wrong with Culver's. Any Culvers with less than three stars is truly concerning. I feel like the staff at a Culver's would have to go out of their way to try and make your experience a bad one in order for it to be a negative one.

It's almost unfair that the people who run these Culver stores are set up for such success with the food that they are supplied with. It's a guaranteed A+. Going into work for these people must be like going into taking exam with all the answers provided for you. You know you're going to pass.

It was steadily busy and the staff here was efficient and they were nice. Everything was well stocked and the orders were being pushed out in a reasonable time.

No complaints here. Your average Culver's, which is to say, so good as to be not average.”
