“Took forever for this establishment to open but I'm happy it's finally open. Went up on the BOGO day and it was packed but they got everyone in and out in a timely manner. The employees were very helpful and nice. The establishment itself was clean, clear and organized. The Sandweeches were full of flavor! Can't wait to go back and try some more of they're products. We tried multiple dishes on this first time

All food is perfectly made , tastes amazing, and light. Place is very clean , presentation is appealing and clean the place is small but has a special character to reflect Darbunah (iraqi word for alley) that is old and authentic

Prices very reasonable, the food quality and portion sizes are great

The mixed plate is variety of finger food with fried tomatos

Makhlama eggs ground beef and sauteed vegies

Mumbar, was clean and light, but I prefer it with spices that the northern iraqi cuisine is famous for.

Kibda was amazing (liver with sauteed vegies and spices

Misabaha , yogurt eggplant chickpeas and spices

Bagela bil dihen , is dried fava beans slow cooked boiled, mixed with Khubuz (flat bread) soaked in the fava bean broth, then mixed with spices, topped with Iraqi style scrambled eggs and drizzled with hot gea

Kahi and geemer was our desert and geemar which is cream, was perfectly made , kahi is a version of croissant“

“My wife and I had dinner here on Friday, October 6, 2023, and absolutely loved it. The food was superb-- as good as any we've ever had. We ordered meat grape leaves, chicken coriander dinner, fatoush salad, baba ghannouge, and pita bread with garlic sauce. The servings were so large we took a third of it home.“

I was greeted quickly once inside. Parked my kiester in a booth and looked the menu over. Not huge but a pretty good selection.
Ordered the Shish Kafta from the lunch specials because they come with two sides. Lentil soup & a salad for me.
Be aware! Nowhere on the menu, nor did the server say a word about it, but there is a $1 upcharge for salads. There is a small sign at the display case, maybe 4" x 6", but you'll never notice unless you're looking and why would you be? Half the seating doesn't even look that direction.
The food was delicious, the dressing on the aforementioned salad has a nice hit of lime in it. Very tasty.
The meat was well-seasoned and juicy, the vegetables lightly grilled, i.e., still crunchy.
When I mentioned the upcharge to the lady, she reached over the counter to point at the sign. I suggested they put it on the menus so customers can actually see it. New menus are supposed to be coming soon.“

“We've eaten here a few times recently and every time has been delicious! We have loved everything we've tried so far. The complimentary spicy garlic sauce with the bread is so good. The salad is so fresh and we love the dressing and pita chips in it. The hummus is great. The chicken schwarma sandwich is yummy and a great lunch deal. But we usually split the platter for 2 when we are both eating here because it lets you try multiple things and gives you way more food. we always have leftovers so we get to eat more of this amazing food later on. All the meat has been juicy and tender. We love the rice with the almonds in it. Everything is just delicious! Can't wait to come back. I want to try other things because they have so many things that sound good but we also love what we get already so it's so hard to switch it up! lol Might have to try something new next time though just to see what else we like. “The food is very good, as are the prices. The lady at the checkout should smile a little. The atmosphere can improve, it looks like a cheap Chinese restaurant. The bathroom door looks disgusting. The kitchen employees are very attentive and accommodating.

“I have to say, I called Saturday for a birthday party I had going on for Sunday. The coordinator for catering, Jeff was absolutely fantastic. He asked all of the perfect questions and worked with the menu to ensure we were getting a fair price for a great amount of food. He took initiative and was pleasant to speak to. Retired USMC, I know what clean is and this is clean, clean, clean. We each had a variation of their cheeseburger, and both were cooked exactly the way we asked for. Tender, juicy, delicious. We both agreed one of the best burgers we have had in many years. Anxious to go back and try more of their menu. Great service and everyone was "small town" kind of friendly.“
