“I think this was my second time dining here, but Shish Kabob Express hasn’t disappointed me yet. It has a fairly basic but comfortable interior, and the staff is professional. Service seemed quick, and the food was quite good. I got the vegetarian combo, and it came with a lot of different items. The quality seemed decent, and the quantity was high. I ended up getting a second meal out of it. It’s a great option for meals.“

“Olga's used to be one of our favorites but unfortunately this location has gone downhill. Our service or server was very slow tonight (sandwiches out before soup & salad) and we were never offered refills on our drinks. We asked for no tomatoes and they were on both sandwiches. The snackers are one of our favorite items and they were hard as a rock. Very disappointing...“

“Visited from Toronto, Ontario and this place did not disappoint. Albaik Grill serves flavorful, authentic Middle Eastern food with huge portions. The mixed grill platter was delicious — juicy chicken, crispy falafel, fresh pita, and amazing hummus and garlic sauce.

Great value, friendly service, and food that’s absolutely worth stopping for. Would definitely come back when in the area!“

We estimate that we have ordered from Alex Kabob around 50 times. Expect to wait 15-20 minutes to pick up because of the demand.“

It's hard to leave a critical or maybe negative review because food is very different to each tongue. If I were to do this I would only say that to my tongue, the soup was on a neutral side for me. I like a deep and complex spice combination. But I will say that it did not overwhelm the spice of the lamb. One of the more interesting flavors was the toum. I am used to a very fluffy and overwhelming garlic flavor from this type of dish, but here it had a very nice olive oil and lemon flavor. it was not fluffy which can be caused by over whipping, which may be the case, but I found the flavor incredible with their fresh bread and ordered extra to take home with me. I don't visit often because I live a distance away, but when I am close by, I always bring a friend!“

The coney dogs didn’t stand a chance. Fries were so crunchy and delicious. While there, the folks sitting to the left of me ordered breakfast. “I had breakfast at Nanas kitchen this morning. After eating, talking with company I noticed the cook wasn't wearing gloves while handling the food. He handled bacon, wiped his hands on his apron, proceeded to grab his phone and coffee and talking to customers. Not washing hands before returning to handling food. Another cook also started, no gloves, while grabbing bacon, pile of hash browns with 2 hands, in-between grabbing the trashcan from under the counter. The service and food was good but seeing the above grossed me out. Waitress was told but, said she would say something but I continued watching the cook handling food with no gloves until we left.“

“We've eaten here a few times recently and every time has been delicious! We have loved everything we've tried so far. The complimentary spicy garlic sauce with the bread is so good. The salad is so fresh and we love the dressing and pita chips in it. The hummus is great. The chicken schwarma sandwich is yummy and a great lunch deal. But we usually split the platter for 2 when we are both eating here because it lets you try multiple things and gives you way more food. we always have leftovers so we get to eat more of this amazing food later on. All the meat has been juicy and tender. We love the rice with the almonds in it. Everything is just delicious! Can't wait to come back. I want to try other things because they have so many things that sound good but we also love what we get already so it's so hard to switch it up! lol Might have to try something new next time though just to see what else we like. Our server was a nice lady but the forgot to get my food waited 10min and they messed up my order asked for them not to put parsley since it tastes like soap and in a rush to make my meal the put more parsley then meat and paid 20 dollars for a waste“

Unfortunately, during my most recent visit, I noticed a noticeable drop in quality. The food wasn’t bad by any means, but it also wasn’t as good or as delicious as I’ve come to expect from this place. The flavors felt a bit muted, and the overall experience didn’t quite live up to the standard they had set for themselves over the years.
