“I just kinda happened by as I was driving around looking for a spot to have lunch. The two guys in there were so friendly and the one said “I make you the best sandwich!”. I had a meat Shawarma and it was really really good. I loved the veggies and the meat was nice and juicy. I asked for garlic sauce on it and it was so good. While I was waiting they offered me a falafel and it was one of the best falafel I’ve had. Definitely gonna order that next time. Oh yes I will be back.“

“Shawarma Castle is probably the best bang for your buck shawarma joint in the area. My recommendation is you get the Family Plates. It's the perfect mix of shawarma, shish tawook, kabob, and kafta with rice, fattoush, grape leaves, and hummus. Order the Plate for 2 if you want to feed 4-6 people or 2 people for at least half of the week. “This is similar to a chipotle concept of ordering a pre-determined bowl or creating your own bowl. I really appreciated that when you first come in, there is a wall with the pictures of the different items you can pick for your bowl because I wasn't familiar with some of the items. I did a custom bowl half/half with the zartar steak and lamb. I asked for the kale salad and the blaze hummus. This bowl was magnificent. The flavors were great and it was good quantity of food. Everything tasted fresh and light. The hummus was perfect and the blaze sauce gave it the spice I needed. If I knew the blaze sauce would be that delicious, I'd of asked for more of it in my food. The bowls came with fresh warm bread (I saw them make it while I was waiting). I was obsessed with this bread. It was fluffy and warm and fantastic. It was a really nice size to come with the bowl. There were tables to sot down at if you wanted to dine in. I would 10/10 recommend this place.“
