I am not normally one to try food vendors inside gas stations but everything smelled so good so I decided to give it a try. I ordered the Beef Shawarma Rice bowl and OMG. Not only are the portions hefty, this was one of the best Shawarma bowls I’ve ever had. Their house sauce is phenomenal and I love that they use turmeric rice instead of regular. “A friend of mine invited me here for lunch as my first time. Went with the Shawarma chicken sandwich and a bowl of lentils. Sandwich was fresh, good flavor and on point. The lentil soup was perfect, not too thick or watery just right. My friend ended up with the chicken salad which looked amazing. “This is similar to a chipotle concept of ordering a pre-determined bowl or creating your own bowl. I really appreciated that when you first come in, there is a wall with the pictures of the different items you can pick for your bowl because I wasn't familiar with some of the items. I did a custom bowl half/half with the zartar steak and lamb. I asked for the kale salad and the blaze hummus. This bowl was magnificent. The flavors were great and it was good quantity of food. Everything tasted fresh and light. The hummus was perfect and the blaze sauce gave it the spice I needed. If I knew the blaze sauce would be that delicious, I'd of asked for more of it in my food. The bowls came with fresh warm bread (I saw them make it while I was waiting). I was obsessed with this bread. It was fluffy and warm and fantastic. It was a really nice size to come with the bowl. There were tables to sot down at if you wanted to dine in. I would 10/10 recommend this place.“
