“Came with a group of 5 of us on a weekday evening. We were immediately greeted by a few people telling us that they were short staffed so that threw us off at first. But we decided to give it a chance anyway and be patient.

Food was okay. Nothing spectacular but also still good. The shawarma nachos were the best thing we had. Delicious. We got the taster platter and personally, I only liked the red pepper dip all the others were a little bland.

We then got the mixed platter which was $65 and felt like there wasn’t much meat on the platter. The food that we did get was good, but again, nothing to brag about.

He had my order ready, he was very professional and detailed. He made sure I had what I needed, and also paid attention to detail. They cheerfully made fresh batches of delicious hummus (two varieties) which came with chips and pita bread. I served that, along with two kinds of their fabulous soup, to my dinner guests. Everyone complimented the delicious food Kal and Ann prepared. If you haven’t tried KAL’s Lunch Bowl, located in the Royal Oak Farmers Market yet, I recommend it. “Came to the food court sad and tired after I missed a return date on my clothes, guy called me over for a sample of his shawarma and I really liked it. He then threw a piece of bread on the ground because a bird had gotten in the food court and the bird swooped down and ate it. I ordered a chicken shawarma wrap with hummus and it tasted like probably one of the best shawarmas I’ve ever eaten, the bread pair amazingly with the freshly made hummus aswell next time I’m at Oakland mall I’ll definetly head over to golden chicken, made my day much better.“

“My husband and I tried Tazikis in Florida on our Honeymoon, we couldn’t be happier when we found this location, So for Valentines we drove from Romulus to Rochester Hills Last Night Just To Get Our Favorite Food that took us back to our Honeymoon, we even brought our food heating bag to keep it all warm till we got home. I have had all kinds of Middle East and Mediterranean food all my life, but nothing has ever come close to your delicious pitas, the most delicious gyros lamb meat, so tender and perfectly cooked, the Feta Whip Is Our Favorite just absolutely melts in your mouth. “I got the beef Shawarma bowl, it was delicious, the toppings tasted fresh, the baba ganoush was the best I’ve had in awhile. The bread was also warm and fresh, it’s pricier than the bowls in the surrounding area but for a few extra bucks you get something that tastes delicious. Not sure if I would come here often because close to $20 for lunch (not including a drink) is a bit much but the portion size is indeed generous and the flavors very colorful.“

We also ordered the kids grilled chicken and fries meal and the chicken is A1 delicious soft and seasoned perfect... All of their food is very authentic and delicious with great portion sizes. It will definitely be our new go to spot for great Mediterranean food.“

“Just tried your new Ft Wayne location yesterday. Having lived in Saudi Arabia for years, your food is as close to legit as I have found since moving back to the USA!! The chicken Schwarma and tabouli were soooo good!! The falafel was the best I have ever had!!! The pita bread was excellent that the Schwarma was made with!!! “I normally frequent the brownstone location. however in my work travels sometimes I stop by the 14 n Woodward location. today I got a bowl and had a few problems. 1 the lid wasn't on all the way so now got food all over my clothes and inside my vehicle. also the pieces of meat were big and not sliced up. How tf is someone supposed to eat that with a plastic fork ? it would of took 30 seconds to slice that up for a bowl, instead it was left whole. normally the food is great, but today was not good.“
