“I was in the Troy area today and placed it to go order for the combo platter. Hadn’t been to this Pita Way before, then to several other ones but not the Troy location. I was greeted by Jade. He had my order ready, he was very professional and detailed. He made sure I had what I needed, and also paid attention to detail. It really seemed like he enjoyed his job, it’s great to see people like this working!“

“Love this place. Never disappoints me. Im stuck on their bowls rite now. Every time I tell myself im try the chop cheese or their burger, but when im at that window,,,, I can't help but to order one of their bowls. And if the wife and kids are hungry, then 3. Steak + chicken + Shrimp.
Leaving this review making me hungry !“

“I went to the Middle Eats on Eureka Rd in Southgate after the gym. My doctor put me a pretty restrictive diet due to my diabetes. I admit I was kind of apprehensive walking in because it’s been a real chore to stick to it when I have to eat out. I walked in and a young lady named Kayla R was at the counter. I apologized to her saying I need to ask questions about my order and I’m on dietary restrictions. She was incredibly nice and understanding. She asked me what I could and couldn’t eat and even made suggestions on how to make my meal that would comply to the restrictions. She even said she could make a phone call to find the exact ingredients of the sauce if I wanted her to. I was so impressed. In the end I got a bowl that complied to the dietary restrictions and it was very good. The other employees were also making suggestions and when I apologized for being a pain they all said they were happy to help. This wasn’t my first time there and it definitely won’t be my last. I can’t express my gratitude on how they all went totally out of their way to accommodate me. Thank you Kayla and staff!“

“First visit to Troy Kabob. Had a very good wrap. I will return.“

“At a recent family birthday celebration, I needed appetizers at the last minute. I went to the right people for help! It was no problem for Kal and Ann! They cheerfully made fresh batches of delicious hummus (two varieties) which came with chips and pita bread. I served that, along with two kinds of their fabulous soup, to my dinner guests. Everyone complimented the delicious food Kal and Ann prepared. If you haven’t tried KAL’s Lunch Bowl, located in the Royal Oak Farmers Market yet, I recommend it. You won’t be a “just another customer” ~~ You’ll be a FRIEND!“

“Found this hidden lil gem Great food and super friendly!! Highly recommend Best Mediterranean I’ve had in a long time. Chicken tikka was the best with cracked wheat. My husband said chicken kabob was best he ever had !!!“

“We had a phenomenal experience at Lena. We sat at a high top right along the kitchen. The staff was truly exceptional. Nolan and Mike were great and the chefs were beyond knowledgeable and friendly. We had the tinned fish, perch and clams. Everything was fabulous! Unfortunately we did not take any photos but will certainly be back and would highly recommend.“

“I absolutely love this place. I always get the falafel pita with different customizations. I wish I could come here all the time for lunch/dinner!“

“Delicious food, generous portions, nice staff! 💜⭐️“

“Every time I am craving something late at night I come here for dinner and I receive nothing other than great food and a great experience. When I have a friend from out of town I make sure to take them here as this my metro detroit staple. P.S. Cecil, Jay, Dee are the ones who hold it down every-time“

“Excellent every single time. I'm a regular.“

“Came to the food court sad and tired after I missed a return date on my clothes, guy called me over for a sample of his shawarma and I really liked it. He then threw a piece of bread on the ground because a bird had gotten in the food court and the bird swooped down and ate it. I ordered a chicken shawarma wrap with hummus and it tasted like probably one of the best shawarmas I’ve ever eaten, the bread pair amazingly with the freshly made hummus aswell next time I’m at Oakland mall I’ll definetly head over to golden chicken, made my day much better.“

“First time to this particular location. Went for lunch. Food is made with extra love here! The taste is fresh and amazing. Meat is halal and full of flavor. I purchased a build your own bowl. You can customize any way you like. The employees are friendly and make you feel welcome. The restaurant was super clean. Go get you some!“

“My husband and I tried Tazikis in Florida on our Honeymoon, we couldn’t be happier when we found this location, So for Valentines we drove from Romulus to Rochester Hills Last Night Just To Get Our Favorite Food that took us back to our Honeymoon, we even brought our food heating bag to keep it all warm till we got home. I have had all kinds of Middle East and Mediterranean food all my life, but nothing has ever come close to your delicious pitas, the most delicious gyros lamb meat, so tender and perfectly cooked, the Feta Whip Is Our Favorite just absolutely melts in your mouth. I really don’t think people know how absolutely delicious your food is and Thank You for helping me have a wonderful meal that took us back to our Honeymoon, we will be back next year as we have decided you are our new Valentines Tradition 🙏❣️❤️from a very Grateful Armenian Girl.“

“From the moment we walked in, we knew we were in for a great experience. The food was excellent: fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Every dish came out hot and beautifully presented.

The service matched it. Our server was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable without ever hovering, and our drinks and plates were always taken care of.

The atmosphere was warm and inviting, comfortable enough for a relaxed meal and lively enough to feel special. And the people made it even better. The whole staff made us feel welcome, like guests rather than customers.

We'll absolutely be back and will be recommending this place to friends and family. Highly recommended!“

“The food was absolutely delicious and tasted like an authentic meal straight out of Iraq. The atmosphere inside is incredibly cozy, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy a great dinner. A special thank you to Mirna, who made our experience even better with her wonderful hospitality and warm smile!“

“Great food and service always fresh.“

“I got the beef Shawarma bowl, it was delicious, the toppings tasted fresh, the baba ganoush was the best I’ve had in awhile. The bread was also warm and fresh, it’s pricier than the bowls in the surrounding area but for a few extra bucks you get something that tastes delicious. Not sure if I would come here often because close to $20 for lunch (not including a drink) is a bit much but the portion size is indeed generous and the flavors very colorful.“

“The cashiers are so friendly and helpful and the one that was working later in the day the one with long hair has great customer service I believe that he is still a young man working and has a future ahead of him The food was great and I highly recommended it.“

“Just tried your new Ft Wayne location yesterday. Having lived in Saudi Arabia for years, your food is as close to legit as I have found since moving back to the USA!! The chicken Schwarma and tabouli were soooo good!! The falafel was the best I have ever had!!! The pita bread was excellent that the Schwarma was made with!!! We will def make the 1.5 hour drive to go back and do it frequently!!!“

“Everything was completely amazing. The food was so good. Well made decently, priced, big portions, and best of all, the owner was kind, personable, hardworking and deserves more business. I highly rate this place. It's the best cooked mediterranean food i've had in a very long time!!! I WOULD GIVE TEN STARS IF I COULD!!!“

“I received a postcard in the mail for this restaurant and decided to give it a try, and I’m glad I did! 😊 I can’t say too much about the atmosphere since I was only there for a pickup, but the place looked nice and I’m sure there will be even more improvements over time. 👍
The food was definitely fresh and tasted like it had just been prepared. 🍽️ They were out of yellow rice when I visited, but the white rice was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and honestly delicious! 😋 The entire platter had a really fresh and satisfying taste. The hummus wasn’t quite my favorite, but the rest of my family really enjoyed it, so that’s a win! ❤️
Overall, the portions were filling, the food was tasty, and I would definitely recommend giving this restaurant a try. 👌😃“

“A rarity: a local restaurant with great Armenian cuisine“

“We've tried their chicken fattoush salad and chicken shawarma wraps and smoothies. We also ordered the kids grilled chicken and fries meal and the chicken is A1 delicious soft and seasoned perfect... All of their food is very authentic and delicious with great portion sizes. It will definitely be our new go to spot for great Mediterranean food.“

“If you see any reviews of 4 stars or less, do yourself a favor and disregard them. Every single time I have been to Zarzoor it has been an absolute amazing experience. 10/10 every time with the absolute best service! Next time you’re in town, do yourself a favor and give it a try. Make sure to also ask for Rima as your server - she’s spectacular and made the experience even better AND Make sure to ask for the Lentil Soup!
FYI - we drive through here every year to visit family and we make sure this is the first place we eat at 😊“

“A unique concept brought to Michigan by a team of well-educated, passionate individuals who traveled to the Middle East to study its cuisine, develop their menu, and perfect their recipes. You can appreciate the effort that went into bringing an authentic taste of Middle Eastern culture to our community. Definitely worth experiencing!“

“I LOVE THIS PLACE!! And now my coworkers love it, too! The food is ALWAYS fresh, delicious and BEAUTIFUL! It's the only restaurant I've ever been to where the actual food is prettier than the photos. I have tried 97% of the menu and my very favorite is the Greek Rice Bowl with grilled shrimp. The dressing is so good mixed with the tzitziki - it's always delicious. I have no photos because I eat it too quickly before I remember to snap a picture!“

“Saif has been our waiter 2x in less than a month. He's always pleasant and kind. He is very efficient, which is always appreciated. RK is a very nice restaurant. It has a modern clean feel and the food is delicious. Go and try something. Worth every penny or shall I say nickel“

“Finally, a place that doesn’t take forever, gets the order right, and is actually friendly! This place is great for an easy family dinner. My dad gets food from here all the time, and the combo over rice is our go-to order—quick and filling for the whole family. One box per person easily does the trick.“

“Just moved to the area & tried them for the first time about a month ago and They have the BEEEESSSSTTT chicken shawarma EVEEER. Every time I get one it has the right amount of everything. Literally portioned perfectly. Garlic sauce in every bite, pickle and the right amount of chicken. You can tell it’s all white meat as well. I don’t too much care for dark meat in shawarma. Last night me and my boyfriend got a platter right before closing and it was fresh and hot !!! They have fresh puff bread too. Man o man was it amazingly good. My ONLY complaint is that I wish they put more shawarma chicken/steak.. they were a little stingy with that but other than that it was delicious. I eat here weekly now 😩😂😂“

“Best chicken shawarma around. Amazing spices on chicken. I’ve tried others. This is always consistent. Thank you!!!“

“Great good… friendly, helpful staff!“
