It's the perfect mix of shawarma, shish tawook, kabob, and kafta with rice, fattoush, grape leaves, and hummus. Order the Plate for 2 if you want to feed 4-6 people or 2 people for at least half of the week. The dudes in there are incredibly nice and if you're just popping in for a shawarma sandwich or something small and quick they have a nice little dining area.Shawarma Castle is a weekly staple at our house, let them impress you too.“

“The portion of the main meal was very large. The two of us ordered a lb with rice to share and were very satisfied. There are three large pieces of bone-in mutton. The meat is very tender and has been roasted until the bones and meat separate. The fat part melts in your mouth and is very delicious. The spice rice at the bottom is also a masterpiece. Part of it is dipped in the mutton sauce, and the untouched part also has a strong aroma. I can't help but take one bite after another. It was served with some sweet potato on the side. It was not very sweet but the seasoning was good. “I just kinda happened by as I was driving around looking for a spot to have lunch. The two guys in there were so friendly and the one said “I make you the best sandwich!”. I had a meat Shawarma and it was really really good. I loved the veggies and the meat was nice and juicy. I asked for garlic sauce on it and it was so good. While I was waiting they offered me a falafel and it was one of the best falafel I’ve had. Definitely gonna order that next time. Oh yes I will be back.“

“This is the Second time I’ve been here. I meant to review after the first time but got busy. This place is amazing! Their food is fantastic. Super delicious and isn’t outrageously priced. Everything is freshly made to order and trust me you can taste the love and dedication in every bite. The restaurant itself is super clean! I mean I could have sat on the floor to eat and not had a problem with it. I didn’t have to though because there were very comfortable booths. It is also decorated very well. This was well worth the drive from Waterford and we will definitely be back anytime I’m craving Mediterranean food. Plus the desserts are homemade and super flavorful too.“

It took me a good twenty minutes to find the place because there was NO signage! My Lassi was warm and the rice was cold. Luckily the lamb was hot enough to warm the rice. As this is a food truck, there is only a parking lot, so no atmosphere except any present company. After placing the order, one of the employees brought out the food and said thank you for coming there. The wings were smaller than I would've liked, but were cooked perfectly. sprinkled with a generous amount of lemon pepper (which I love). The chicken fries come with grilled onions and green peppers, nacho cheese, jalapeños and topped with hot cheetos. When I say these are the most flavorful fries I've EVER had, I mean it!!
