Love their chicken gyro! Made a habit of picking up a plate every time I come to Hamtramck :)
Trying them out as I was going to a nearby Bar for a Concert- Got the Gyro & Rice . DELICIOUS! No pita...loose style. Guy behind the cow is very nice. Play definitely go back and try some other stuff too! It was very convenient to call ahead and get it picked up.

Halal Desi Pizza & Gyro's is a must-visit spot, especially for a late-night meal. The mixed 65 over rice and chicken 65 with rice are amazing and taste just like back home. The gyro, samosas, and NY style chicken over rice are delicious, with generous portions that are good, plentiful, and very cheap. The Mango Lassi is a nostalgic favorite. The staff is friendly and kind, and the menu includes surprising items like Chinese food. The meat pizza, NY style gyro and rice, and shrimp and chips are all top-notch. While the food is amazing and well-priced, they could benefit from more seating and a cleaner environment. Located conveniently off 75.
