While I love the flavor of their food, the only time we've had an order 100% correct was the first time we ordered. Every time we order since then there's something missing, fries overcooked and hard, messed up items, and things added to what we've ordered when we've requested it to be removed.
Thankfully I simply don't like tomatoes and onions and am not allergic to them, cuz they ALWAYS forget to remove the pico when my receipt even says "no pico de gallo".
