“My husband and I tried Tazikis in Florida on our Honeymoon, we couldn’t be happier when we found this location, So for Valentines we drove from Romulus to Rochester Hills Last Night Just To Get Our Favorite Food that took us back to our Honeymoon, we even brought our food heating bag to keep it all warm till we got home. I have had all kinds of Middle East and Mediterranean food all my life, but nothing has ever come close to your delicious pitas, the most delicious gyros lamb meat, so tender and perfectly cooked, the Feta Whip Is Our Favorite just absolutely melts in your mouth. Owners were very friendly, and polite. they gave me a bunch of sauces to try. I ate outside, where they have 2 tables outside. This is primarily a take out spot, except for the 2 tables outsides

I only wish they had the combo for 3 here.

“I went to the Middle Eats on Eureka Rd in Southgate after the gym. My doctor put me a pretty restrictive diet due to my diabetes. I admit I was kind of apprehensive walking in because it’s been a real chore to stick to it when I have to eat out. I walked in and a young lady named Kayla R was at the counter. I apologized to her saying I need to ask questions about my order and I’m on dietary restrictions. She was incredibly nice and understanding. She asked me what I could and couldn’t eat and even made suggestions on how to make my meal that would comply to the restrictions. She even said she could make a phone call to find the exact ingredients of the sauce if I wanted her to. I was so impressed. In the end I got a bowl that complied to the dietary restrictions and it was very good. The other employees were also making suggestions and when I apologized for being a pain they all said they were happy to help. This wasn’t my first time there and it definitely won’t be my last. I can’t express my gratitude on how they all went totally out of their way to accommodate me. Thank you Kayla and staff!“

“Stopped in for a quick bite on our road trip. We picked this place because it seemed healthy and quick.

We were welcomed so warmly, all of the staff greeted us and gave is their insight on what’s popular and what they recommend.

The food was out together production-line style yet every bite was delicious. The vegetables were crips and fresh. The chicken was still not and perfectly seasoned and the rice was an aromatic base to the meal.

As we were leaving we were asked what we thought and how the staff recommendations worked out for us; my answer, 10/10.

Every time I visit it feels like home, always accommodating and kind. “I’m surprised by the reviews. I had a great experience. All the reviews about the service - it’s not a sit down restaurant. Had the chicken Cesar pita. It was amazing. I’ll be back just for the pita not to shop at the mall! Chicken was marinated, very tender and juicy. Perfect amount of dressing. The Romain was fresh and crisp. French fries were almost like steak fries. Not overly greasy. Highly recommend checking this place out next time you’re shopping at the mall. Prices are typical.“

It's the only restaurant I've ever been to where the actual food is prettier than the photos. I have tried 97% of the menu and my very favorite is the Greek Rice Bowl with grilled shrimp. The dressing is so good mixed with the tzitziki - it's always delicious. I have no photos because I eat it too quickly before I remember to snap a picture!“
