“My husband and I tried Tazikis in Florida on our Honeymoon, we couldn’t be happier when we found this location, So for Valentines we drove from Romulus to Rochester Hills Last Night Just To Get Our Favorite Food that took us back to our Honeymoon, we even brought our food heating bag to keep it all warm till we got home. I have had all kinds of Middle East and Mediterranean food all my life, but nothing has ever come close to your delicious pitas, the most delicious gyros lamb meat, so tender and perfectly cooked, the Feta Whip Is Our Favorite just absolutely melts in your mouth. “I went to the Middle Eats on Eureka Rd in Southgate after the gym. My doctor put me a pretty restrictive diet due to my diabetes. I admit I was kind of apprehensive walking in because it’s been a real chore to stick to it when I have to eat out. I walked in and a young lady named Kayla R was at the counter. I apologized to her saying I need to ask questions about my order and I’m on dietary restrictions. She was incredibly nice and understanding. She asked me what I could and couldn’t eat and even made suggestions on how to make my meal that would comply to the restrictions. She even said she could make a phone call to find the exact ingredients of the sauce if I wanted her to. I was so impressed. In the end I got a bowl that complied to the dietary restrictions and it was very good. The other employees were also making suggestions and when I apologized for being a pain they all said they were happy to help. This wasn’t my first time there and it definitely won’t be my last. I can’t express my gratitude on how they all went totally out of their way to accommodate me. Thank you Kayla and staff!“

He had my order ready, he was very professional and detailed. He made sure I had what I needed, and also paid attention to detail. He then threw a piece of bread on the ground because a bird had gotten in the food court and the bird swooped down and ate it. Every single time I have been to Zarzoor it has been an absolute amazing experience. 10/10 every time with the absolute best service! Next time you’re in town, do yourself a favor and give it a try. Make sure to also ask for Rima as your server - she’s spectacular and made the experience even better AND Make sure to ask for the Lentil Soup!

The hummus was silky, the baba was top tier, the tabbouleh was lemony and delicious, the softest foldable pita, perfectly made grape leaves, and flavorful fried kibbeh! It is clear upon entering that it is family owned and the staff could not have made us feel more welcomed and at home- we were on a first name basis with all by the time we left. I’ll be back just for the pita not to shop at the mall! Chicken was marinated, very tender and juicy. Perfect amount of dressing. The Romain was fresh and crisp. French fries were almost like steak fries. Not overly greasy. Highly recommend checking this place out next time you’re shopping at the mall. Prices are typical.“
